现在没有的online banking来付钱了吗?为什么去到payment那边只有debit/credit card,voucher 还有credit account?!难道是我看漏还是事实如此? |

我用direct debit的,我刚刚live chat问他们了,他们说我confirm了就一定要给钱不然就不能飞了,然后我问他们是哪个term and condition注明一定要给钱。他给了我一个term and condition,内容是purchased add on cant refundable and transfer。我就说我还没有给钱,就是说我还没有purchased还有我并没有要refund,我说如果没有给我合理的解释我就要去nccc投诉他们。之后他才说会帮我跟有关部门反映,之后才会联络我。可是我觉得大概不会回复我了,所以打算明天去kl sentral service center找他们理论 |

我刚才也是去问他们了,也是说booking captured了后就不可以换! 我问她从几时开始booking会被capture,他说一旦我manage我的booking就capture了!他也是有说T&C。可是没有注明是哪一个。要不要add on是消费者的选择嘛~这样强制性要我们付钱!还有那个luggage的“No,thank you”的button不懂去了哪里?!特地弄消失的吧?!后天我就飞了,如果真的搞不定就要付钱了~等下我去kepong那间问下!明天劳动节,service centre有开的吧?

我也不清楚有没有开,可是工作日我走不开,只好明天去试试,我6月才飞,如果他们还是要我还钱,我可能会去消费者协会投诉他们。好的,我有消息会在这里分享 |

试试减少KGS,把多出来的钱,换去食物。 |

这是我最后的办法了,现在还想试着面对面去问他们的customer service,因为找不到一条term and condition说一定要付钱,到最后如果没有办法了,就会去换食物和sky bus了

我减少了kg,然后confirm 了,还没有换到食物,因为想问下家人要吃什么。谁知道今天要去加食物,竟然要加钱。他们要我给RM845(之前买机票时给了RM655 + RM190 payment due amount),但是我只用了RM726。我加回原来的weight,也要加钱。就是说我现在要给RM190,但我真正用的只有RM72,RM119是白付的。真的很生气,跟他们live chat过了,要我填e-form等5天.gif)
airasia 的system只是做来赚更多钱,只可增加不可减少,完全不理会消费者的权利

他们的live chat customer service 的 staff 跟我说一定会在5天内回复我,我已经save了我们的谈话记录,如果airasia没有回复我,我会用那个谈话记录去投诉他们。我时常在FB看到有人投诉他们,可是他们的回复只是叫我们写e-form。我觉得没什么帮助,我不到要web check in是不会给钱的了。

我觉得他们的 5kg on us promotion 根本就是欺诈,我也是一样因为那个promotion而中招。我已经complain去 nccc了, 你们也去complain吧。http://www.nccc.org.my/v2
这是我的投诉内容:
On 29/10/2012, I purchase 3 ticket go and return to Bangkok from Kuala Lumpur. I had made the full payment for the flight ticket of RM655 which including 3 Guest air ticket, airport tax and fuel surchage(RM501), 3 AirAsia Insure Return(RM69), 1 Check-In Baggage up to 15kg(RM35) and 1 Check-In Baggage up to 25kg(RM50). The status of my booking is "confirmed".
On 29/4/2013, I receive an email from airasia regarding a promotion of "5kg on us". The promotion mention "As a gift from us to you, enjoy 5kg of additional baggage, on us. Which means you get 20kg for the price of 15kg". I then make my selection on the add-on and try to purchase.
After fail to purchase the add-on (due to page loading indefinitely), I try to logout and click modify my booking again. The status of my booking changed to "Need Payment" once I clicked in, I immediately realize the amount (RM190) was not the amount I expected, I then found out I had choose the wrong baggage weight. I tried to cancel or go backward in order to choose again, but there is no any button to perform such action.
Later on I tried to ask for help from their customer support, but they insisted that I cannot cancel or go back to choose the add-on that I wanted. I tried to be reasoning with them, but they insist I must pay for the amount and cannot be cancel or modify, what's worse is they even threaten me say that "If I did not pay the amount for the add-on, they got rights to cancel my booked seat which i already paid".
I am not happy with the fact that I had been forced to pay for what i didn't want, and i am not asking for refund since i haven't pay yet, I'm just wanted to cancel for what I choose wrongly. This is obviously their system fault. They do not provide cancel add on baggage button for me. Please help me with my issue, I hope you can help me with my problem. Thank you. |

原来是auto fill in 的,怪不得我会选到每个人,还以为是我选错,如果是这样根本就是欺诈,我的complain内容需要改了,不再是自己选错,而是airasia auto选了,现在还逼我们给钱,这跟黑社会有什么分别
