不止取消，还要把前两年开始 ...

我那张已经取消几个月的aeon credit card更不可思议，昨天还受到statement要我还annual fee 和gt.......

俺取消了aeon card,后来寄一张新的卡去旧公司我没收到，就开始charge 我gst 和利息。直到我偶然去aeon counter 检查户口才知道。staff 又不要帮我取消这些烂账。直到我写信给国行才采取行动取消了outstanding.

ckk兄，明明是槟城这里的。不过我们所指的rm并不是relationship manager，而是风险管理。

每样消费都有5% rebate ， cap rm150或 rm100 一个月，没有 tnc 。。

这个，至少要gst 200才能，每个月消费2k以上才能qualify

hi, 就是说如果他们坚持要我给的话我可以写信去国行投诉然后waive掉那个该死的GST?

是的，你不决解或付GST会一直被算利息，然后你的ccris 会被记录只因为那几十块。

I am writing to you to request wave of your bills to me inclusive Annual Fees, government Service Tax and all the finance chargeswithout my notice.
Firstly, I didn't receive the Aeon Credit Card No.xxxxxxxxxxxxx after I lost my old Aeon credit card last year(outstanding all cleared), and I didn't activate the new card.Please check your record.


Second, your company was sending the bills to my previous company without my notice until my ex-colleague found me. And theinterest is counting.


Third, I have been to your branch in IOI mall early of this month to make the same request (please refer to attachment). Yourcompany didn' not call me or send a letter to me to update me the status until I called your customer care centre today only foundout is my request is rejected. Again, the interest is continue counting.


I can afford to settle the outstanding, but I don't want to because I am not supposed to pay it.


I hope to hear from you soonest.

i would like to make a complaint regarding Aeon Credit Service (M) Sdn Bhd billing me annual fees and service tax without i activate the credit card.

today is the 4th day i sent my letter to them however they still continue to ignore my request and i believe they are still charging the interest.

following is my email to them by telling this issue:

"Firstly, I didn't receive the Aeon Credit Card No. xxxxxxxxxxxx after I lost my old Aeon credit card lastyear(outstanding all cleared), and I didn't activate the new card.Please check your record.

我倒要建议GST起100，这样"神卡"才会出世。

GST卡来到就收了咯。一年后的应该是annual fee吧。

如果是很久没有收到卡，可以直接打去cancel然后waive GST吗？
