Yesterday 2 match had cause my legs to become very soggy, very taxing and I guess my 48 yrs old body & legs no longer able to keep up with competitive competition.
To answer you, not many people I met really know how to apply Taiji in practical, not even 5 among > 300 people that I met.
So, maybe Taiji is a very deep art that not many will reach the applicable level, and it just takes years, I started do it since 42 and it only until last year after 5 years of practicing in real time action then only a half past six like me to stand out.
