full flex loan, interest rate 多少?
我的舊loan, lock in 到今年八月, 可以現在申請, 八月出錢嗎?

full flexi scb aso got . jst full flexi no promotion . customer need to pay LVS . and alot ppl aso will take conventional term loan de . not wat u mean no ppl will take it . depend on customer situation . |

Actually legal fee 50% discount .. lawyer gv 50% discount .. for this case customer refinancing to SCB got 0 charger . customer noneed to pay any fee to refinancing they prop to SCB . |

但是是plan 五年供完的，有甚么package 比较suitable? |

像rhb已经开始改变package了，offer zero moving cost来lock in 5years。因为它absorb了legal fee等等，是actual cost incurred，所以可以向BNM证明这个package做lock-in是合理的。 |

重点是，其他银行在观望到底要用其他理由(譬如zmc)来lock in customer，或者就索性remove lock in period再丢rate的红海战略。
他们还在研究不知道哪一个又可以maintain profit margin，又可以抢到更多customer。
如果给我as customer，我prefer不要lock in period多过银行给我zmc。。。 |
