the system did not receive payment within 2 hours after your booking thus your booking status is Hold-Cancelled.
We will help you to channel your incident to Payment Channel team for a check again.
Meanwhile, please write in to our e-Form http://www.airasia.com/my/en/faqdetailsform.html
to lodge your incident for official record,
our Customer Care team will look into it and revert to you accordingly.
