最长供25年或者到70岁，何者为先。如果供20年，每月大约RM3100++，25年，每月RM2700++

有没人知道如果3间 residential property 一起买，同一时间一起apply loan，如果都被approve 90%。
这样子的话，最后其中一间银行会反口只借你70% ，然后叫你补回20%的吗？
