其实，通知我的那个是我的朋友。他说在网站看到的：
Suspension of Kuala Lumpur – Haikou & Penang - Macau flights AirAsia would like to inform all guests and partners that the following flights will be suspended indefinitely according to respective dates. - AK62 from Kuala Lumpur – Haikou and flight AK63 from Haikou - Kuala Lumpur (Effective 29 March 2011)
- AK5072 from Penang – Macau and flight AK5073 from Macau - Penang (Effective 29 March 2011)
In view of the suspension of these routes, please note that the following options are available for our affected guests. These options are strictly for traveling dates from 29 March 2011 and onwards.
For affected guests, we kindly suggest the following options: Option 1 Refund Option 2 Change of destination (re-routing) allowed, penalty will be waived but fare difference (if any) will apply. Please note that there will be no refund if the new flight sector is of a lower fare amount. Option 3
Credit Shell can be applied and strictly valid for three (3) months only.
Note: The above will not apply to the other sectors/flights to/from Kuala Lumpur, Haikou, Penang or Macau.
我刚才去了槟城机场的AA counter。本来满满怨气，但看见服务我们的美女竟怒气全消。哈哈！！！
那位美女说尝试帮我们换HK-> Penang，不然就换 Macau-> KL, 都是免付费（但要明天才可接获肯定通知，所以暂时还是不上不下 ）。
无论如何，Macau->HK or KL-〉Penang 就得自己负责，始终得花费一笔。
除此之外，美女服务员还说目前所有Penang<->Macau 的航线都关了。所以奉劝大家尽早解决。
真是败给AA了。 |
