Based on the Agreement for the Floating Charge dated 12 July 2000, Sumikin Bussan Corporation has issued a letter of guarantee in favour of Sumitomo Bank at the request of the Vendor in order for Sumitomo Bank to issue a Letter of Guarantee in favour of the Vendor's financier in Malaysia. The floating charge has been created as security for Sumikin Bussan Corporation. The Private Caveat was lodged by an unsecured creditor of the Vendor. Yodoshi Corporation is the shareholder of the Vendor. 7. （吉隆坡16日訊）東方食品工業（OFI，7107，主要板消費）出口銷售占總營業額55%，美元兌令吉每升值10仙，淨利將有額外150萬令吉，該股今日受投資者追捧成為十大上升股之一。

東方食品工業以4.50令吉開市，早盤一度漲11仙至4.62令吉並以此水平休市。東方食品工業閉市掛4.70令吉，起19仙，成交量8萬3800股。

肯納格證券研究指，東方食品工業本財年首9個月出口銷售增6.6%，由主要亞洲市場需求成長推動，占公司總營業額約三分之一，南美洲市場銷量亦令人鼓舞。

明年底啟動擴展計劃

報告預計，該公司2015和2016財年淨利成長達25.8%和11.4%，較高出口銷售加上美元增值將推動盈利成長。長期而言，東方食品工業僅在2016財年底才會啟動另一階段擴展計劃。

該公司在去年底以1280萬令吉購置一塊10.5英畝工業地，料供下階段擴展新食品用途，但公司管理層拒絕透露詳情。

東方食品工業設有派發35%淨利的股息政策，過去也持續派發季度股息獎勵股東。該公司在2014財年每股股息達9.5仙，本財年至今已派發6仙股息，料在末季宣布另6.5仙股息。

“我們相信股息派發率可持續或進一步改善，因東方食品工業具穩建資產負債表和強勁現金流。”

東方食品工業具2700萬令吉現金，本財年首9個月淨營運現金流達1390萬令吉。

东方食品1送1红股

二零一五年五月二十二日 晚上十时
（吉隆坡22日讯）东方食品工业有限公司（OFI，7107，消费产品组）建议，派送6000万新股的红股，发行比例为每现有1股股票将获赠1红股，派送日期将在较后时宣布。

该糖果与零食制造商也公布其截至2015年3月31日止第4财季的业绩。在上述期间，其净盈利从前一年同时期的313万令吉，暴增141%至755万令吉，营业额也由之前的5540万令吉提高到5894万令吉。

在2015财政年全年，东方食品工业的净盈利成长37%，由1617万令吉晋至2219万令吉；营业额则从2亿2689万令吉扩大到2亿3703万令吉，增幅为4.5%。

该公司已建议派发每股7仙的中期股息，使到2015财政年的股息派发达到13仙。

它在致给大马交易所的文件中透露：“尽管在竞争市场中面对各种挑战，董事部预料集团的表现将在来临2016财政年继续令人满意。”

东方食品工业也建议1变2的股票拆细，将与上述红股发行同时进行。

建议中活动预料可提高其已发行资本至高达2亿4000万股，比较目前只有6000万股。

東方食品工業獲追捧，開盤時該股起2仙，以5.68令吉迎市，隨后持續走高，最高漲31仙至5.97令吉。休市時，該股掛5.96令吉，漲30仙，半日成交量達21萬7700股。

截至下午4時半，該股報5.97令吉，漲31仙，成交量36萬3400股，為十大上升股之冠。

股價曾屢創新高

根據肯納格證券研究早前報告指出，東方食品工業出口銷售占總營業額55%，若美元兌令吉每升值10仙，公司淨利將額外增150萬令吉。

美元走強、國際原油價下滑和一馬發展公司債務風波等問題，導致令吉近來頻頻貶值，東方食品工業卻受惠其中，股價與令吉走勢呈南轅北撤。

今年1月初，該股股價仍維持在2.76令吉水平，隨后短短半年內，上漲一倍以上，最高衝至5月底的6.01令吉，期間更是屢創新高紀錄。
