李心洁只可以算是本地人，不是本地艺人，她是在外国发展而红的，而不是在本地红的，因为本地不大会珍惜人才，会大红的人都是给外国的公司看中而有机会发展成今时今日的红歌手或红艺人~~小小意见，如有得罪，莫见怪~ |
