glucose和lipid的structure要懂得画！
至于amino acid不必背全名，稍微知道就可以了。。。
amino acid有方法记的。。。
例如， for polar amino acids,我们就背sir glu sister to tree, sir tired of asparagus
sir=serine, glue=glutamine等等。。。
for basic amino acids
背 his liar, where his=hystidine, li=lysine and ar=arginine...
for acid amino acids,有"acid"的就是under这个group 咯。。。
其他的就是non-polar的了。。。

不只帮到。。。 还令我觉悟了。。
不过还想问。。。 Phospholipid 的 structure 也要背吗 ？？
好象很难背那样。。

amino acid 要背...
phopolipid bilayer 很重要 。至少你得画得出 mosaic structure 。
phospolipid 不就只有几个例子 ？背完它啦 。我记得我考的时候还有一题是要我们 identify steriod hormone 的 。。。 |

背较好啦。。记的有一个 phosphate group， 一个glycerol， 两个fatty acid chain。 我觉得只要长碰就会记得了。
Example 也知到一个咯。就是我们的 Lechthin。
Lecithin＝ Phospholipid molecule ＋ Choline group。

根据我的理解，
colloidal是指胶状的
the colloidal system in the cytoplasmic matrix应该是指cyctoplasm的胶质状态
而water acts as a dispersion medium for the colloidal system in the cytoplasmic matrix ... 应该是指水是传送/传播（disperse)那些细胞里的物质的媒介（medium）吧~

老实说，我本身也不是很懂什么是colloidal system，只是大概而已，因为没有读过...所以我到google找

对了，忘记告诉那些读biology的中六学生，在你们读生物这一科时，要记得时时刻刻都跟着syllabus读，因为STPM 99%是跟着syllabus的。。。不是说没有在syllabus的不用读，而是真的有多余时间才来读，因为biology的范围很广，如果全部都要读+记恐怕没有足够的时间，单单只是STPM的syllabus就有够你受了。。。如果遇到没有在syllabus的东西，可以暂时跳过先，等到真的是有时间才跳回去。。。所以在读+记之前，请翻阅你的syllabus,以免背一些冤枉的东西.... |
