1. 某人首2年每月存150元, 接下来的两年每月存300元, 再接下来的两年每月存450元. 如果每月实际利息4%和每年实际利息8%, 这人在第7年有多少钱?
晕倒.... 
Paper 1 60 中有 10 题 Bond 的问题, 什么 converx, duration.... 天呀... :@
还说什么顾客预测利息会升高, 然后你建议他卖掉 short trem bong 买 long trem bond, 还是相反? 这些鬼问题完全没有关系到个人理财啊!!!!
问题连 jensen alpha 都出来了. 考完后全部在那边破口大骂. 好几个是 master in finance 的都猛摇头...
paper 2 更死. 3 小时内要写出理财计划的内容及项目. 这只是(a) 部分 而已, 占20分.
(b) 和 (c) 是 cash flow & net worth statement. 算房屋的 mortgage 和车子的hire purchase, 时间已经是4点半. 还有 (c) 算出夫妇的 income tax. (d) 老公要做生意, 请向他解释各类生意的好处与坏处. (e)解释老公投资某产业的好处与坏处 (g) 建议老公提早退休的年龄, 并解释. (h) 分析投资绘画作品的好处与坏处(i) 忘记了.. 
可以说是时间不够. 人家专业的要好几个月来准备报告, 我们只有3个小时....  |

进到考场，看到题目，整个人昏倒
60题，只有15题confirmed，45题tembak 而已
如果confirmed的有80% 对，tembak的有30%对；
15（0.8）+ 45（0.3）= 26/60。可 ...
我希望3年，因为一次拿一个module。 如果这次过关，m6 在12月考 |

I have completed my CFP , very challenging  .
To complete your M6, my secret is learn from the right lecturer, learn the tactic and technic. 
i attended 3 lecturers classes. 
1 lecturer good in spot subjective question. (already stop teaching)
1 good in teaching calculation,
another 1 is very exam oriented, he is good in teaching how to answer question. (already stop teaching)
If you are based in KL i can lend you my notes (sorry, for photostating only, it is still very useful now) and share with you my experience.
Don't play, play, my notes has helped 2 friends (challege paper) to pass their M6 oh!.
Buy me tea will do, 感动leh!  ha, ha,........
I am a Financial Planner (licensed by SC) and Financial Adviser Representative(licensed by Bank Negara Malaysia).
I am with a financial Advisory Firm that having 4 life insurance providers and 5 general insurance providers now, very interesting, there are many others financial instrument that providing by the company, "jiaa bue liao" many water pipes to make money........    |
