IJM labur RM500j bina cawangan baru Jusco
IJM Land Bhd, syarikat hartanah milik IJM Corporation Bhd, melabur RM500 juta bagi membina cawangan terbaru pasar raya besar Jusco di kawasan seluas 12.38 hektar di Jalan Panglima Awang, berhampiran Melaka Sentral, Melaka.
Cawangan dikenali Jusco Melaka itu akan dibangunkan menerusi anak syarikat ILB, Unggul Senja Sdn Bhd dalam dua fasa membabitkan kompleks beli-belah dan pusat perniagaan komersial. Ia dijadualkan siap Disember 2009.
Ketua Eksekutif dan Pengarah Urusan IJM Corporation, Datuk Krishnan Tan Boon Seng, berkata kompleks baru itu akan dilengkapi ruang niaga seluas 70,000 meter persegi, selain 2,800 ruang letak kenderaan.
Katanya, kompleks berkenaan yang diuruskan Aeon Co (M) Bhd selaku peneraju pasar raya Jusco juga akan mempunyai sebuah pusat bowling, karaoke, panggung wayang mini, kedai barangan terpilih, bazar pakaian, galeri aksesori wanita dan restoran.
"Apabila siap kelak, Jusco Melaka bukan saja menyediakan khidmat untuk penduduk Melaka, malah negeri jiran seperti Negeri Sembilan dan Utara Johor," katanya pada majlis pecah tanah Jusco Melaka yang disempurnakan Ketua Menteri, Datuk Seri Mohd Ali Rustam di Melaka, semalam.
Tan berkata, Melaka menjadi pilihan utama bagi pembukaan kompleks beli-belah kedua Jusco di Melaka selepas di Ayer
Keroh, kerana yakin kedatangan pelancong ke negeri itu bakal meningkat 10 peratus setiap tahun selepas diiktiraf sebagai Bandaraya Warisan Dunia pada 7 Julai lalu.
Katanya, jaminan kerajaan negeri yang membenarkan lebih banyak pembangunan di tebing Sungai Melaka menggamit Aeon yang berpangkalan di Jepun untuk terus bekerjasama dengan IJM Corporation membangunkan lebih banyak lot komersial di Melaka.
Hadir sama Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri, Datuk Omar Kaseh dan Datuk Bandar Melaka Bandaraya Bersejarah, Yusof

Auguest 2008那则新闻(是哪家报纸?)讲IJM承建AEON Melaka
November 2008 The Edge 讲WCT承建AEON Melaka (看8楼青色字highlight部分)
看来只有AEON本身才能给予一个最终答案。。

| Contents | : | (1) INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors of WCT Berhad (“WCT” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, WCT Construction Sdn. Bhd., has been awarded a contract (“Contract”) by Aeon Co. (M) Bhd. (“Aeon”) vide Aeon’s letters dated 15th May 2008 and 19th June 2008 which was received on 23rd June 2008.
(2) DETAILS OF THE CONTRACT
The Contract is for the Proposed Design and Build, Testing and Commissioning of a Shopping Complex complete with Infrastructure Works (“the Works”) on part of the land held under Lot PT1 and PT 69, Kawasan Bandar, Daerah Melaka Tengah, Melaka.
The proposed Shopping Complex comprises a shopping centre with gross floor area of approximately 1,358,000 square feet and car parks serving the Shopping Complex.
The contract sum is RM287,838,000.00 (Ringgit Two Hundred and Eighty Seven Million Eight Hundred and Thirty Eight Thousand only) and the Works are expected to be completed by 30 November 2009.
(3) FINANCIAL EFFECTS
The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of the Group for the financial years 2008 and 2009.
(4) DIRECTORS' OR MAJOR SHAREHOLDERS’ INTERESTS
None of the Directors or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected with them have any interest, whether direct or indirect, in the Contract.
(5) APPROVAL REQUIRED
The award of the Contract is not subject to the approval of shareholders of the Company or any other authorities.
This announcement is dated 25 June 2008. |

看东西不要只看外表。。 IJM和WCT同为上市公司,有什么企业活动一定要向Bursa Malaysia报告和做announcement。。 问题在于为什么WCT有Bursa Malaysia的有关这个project 的announcement而 你一直说的IJM,我在Bursa Malaysia都没有看到任何的announcement。。 |

你觉得WCT会在自己的建筑工地插上IJM的牌子吗?我这个马六甲人讲的你如果不信就自己去看看。现在我们暂时放下争论,我觉得有一个可能性就是我们都没错,IJM收购了WCT但是却还没有改名,你试下往这两个方向去寻找。我没有买IJM和WCT的股票,我只是把我所看到的真相说出来.... |

Actually, IJM is land and building owner, AEON is IJM subcon,
next time, Aeon pay rental to IJM ....
What about WCT?
so WCT is Aeon subcon, wct collect progress claims from aeon, then aeon collect progress claims from ijm...
What about IJM?
Ijm is land and building owner,IJM collect rental only, IJM get financial assistance or loan from bank, ijm need to pay interest and repayment to bank.... |

其实,AEON不要给IJM做,因为IJM没有人才,又没有本事做。只有WCT能够在短时间内完成这项工程。AEON只是跟IJM租楼吧了。IJM还要向银行借钱建楼,WCT跟AEON收钱建楼,AEON没有出钱,AEON只会跟IJM拿钱。 |

讲到这里,AEON是有权利选择承包商的。WCT获得这项工程犹如IJM的肥水以流入WCT的田里。 |
