DEBT AND CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING EXERCISE OF LION INDUSTRIES CORPORATION BERHAD (“LICB”) GROUP (“LICB SCHEME”) PROPOSED VARIATION TO: 1.        THE REDEMPTION DATE OF THE ZERO-COUPON REDEEMABLE SECURED RM DENOMINATED BONDS (“BONDS”); AND 2.        THE REPAYMENT DATE OF THE ZERO-COUPON REDEEMABLE SECURED USD DENOMINATED CONSOLIDATED AND RESCHEDULED DEBTS (“SPV DEBTS”) Reference is made to the announcements on 7 December 2007 and 9 January 2008 regarding the meeting and passing by the relevant Bondholders and SPV Debt Holders of a resolution for the proposed variation to the redemption/repayment date for the Bonds/SPV Debts on 31 December 2007 (“Proposed Variation to the Redemption/Repayment Date”). The Board of Directors of LICB wishes to announce that Bank Negara Malaysia had vide its letter dated 21 January 2008 which was received by the Company on 25 January 2008 took note of the Proposed Variation to the Redemption/Repayment Date. The remaining approval to be obtained for the Proposed Variation to the Redemption/Repayment Date is from the Securities Commission. We shall keep the Exchange informed of further development in respect of the above matter in due course.

The G. K. Goh Holdings Group originated from the creation by Mr Goh Geok Khim in 1979 of a Singapore stockbroking company. When G. K. Goh Holdings Ltd was listed on the Singapore stockmarket in 1990, its businesses comprised solely stockbroking companies operating in South East Asian markets. As the business grew, investments were made in related financial services and business outsourcing companies.

In June 2005, G. K. Goh Holdings completed the sale of its stockbroking businesses to Malaysia 's leading investment bank, CIMB Bhd, raising cash proceeds of S$239 million.

非常好奇了，金獅機構出現了機大的可疑點，手法和成功集團一樣。

前期一直出現不利消息，股價一直往下跌，但是向反的是金獅機構卻大量投資大程工廠生產和熔爐，投資資金大的出奇，而且又和中國外資合作，但是為何在本地的金獅機構卻面對許多不利的消息，使金獅機構的股價不斷下跌。

前期我一直不看的原因是 amstree的子公司被金獅機構的大老板把值錢的資源轉去自已的金獅機構里，使投資者對虧本，所以這種老闆也差不多和成功集團的大老板一樣，也是不利消息和營業額下跌，使成功集團股價從重組就一直下跌，現在卻變成成功集團大量收購自已和以外的上市公司，使成功集團在短短一年里反敗為勝，出奇的盈利暴漲，之後成功集團的股價就一飛沖天了。

現在金獅機構也差不多和成功集團有相象的地方，就是先不殾消息大量的出，但是卻一直加重投資大工廠和熔爐，而且投資是過億的，而股價卻是下跌。

其实，有注意Lioncor的会发现，
有人在顶着股价，
不给它下太低，
换个角度就是一路顶价，
一路收票，偶相信一定有人在屯票，
还有一个消息，
就是去年它有向Bursa报备，
它将和越南政府合作建立一个价值70亿 ...

我同意你的看法，
有人拉着，不要给lioncor下得太低，
总是停留在0.405－0.435，
我自己也囤了很多票，
Lionind现在很高，除非1.30这样，
不然不会考虑买进...
