你們刷之後相機還有紫氣問題嗎???
我做report了，可是給的solution=沒給
又不想因爲這紫氣問題送修~~

With reference to your query, we can understand that when you capturing the photo in dark environment the pictures turning to purplish.
We are very sorry to hear that and we are willing to help you.
We would like to provide you few steps to resolve the camera issue. First we advised you to do not access any thing in the device. Let the device temperature is decrease for 15 to 20 minutes.
After 15 to 20 minutes try to capture the photos in dark environment and the same issue persist kindly, perform troubleshooting steps in your device.
We would provide you some troubleshooting steps and see whether if that helps to solve your problem.
Soft reset:
1.Turn off the phone
2.Remove the back cover and the battery for 10 seconds
3.Put back the battery and back cover
4.Turn the phone
or if your device has a built-in battery:
1.Go to Settings
2.Tap on Power
3.Un check Fast-boot
4.Press on the power button and choose restart
If the problem still cannot be solved, you can perform a factory reset (also called a hard reset). Factory reset is not a step to be taken lightly. It’ll permanently delete all your data and customized settings, and will remove any applications you’ve downloaded and installed. Be sure to back up any data and files you want to keep before you do a factory reset.
The below are the steps to perform a hard reset:
1.Go to Settings
2.Tap Backup & reset.
3.Tap Reset phone.
4.If you want to permanently delete media and other data on HTC One, tap Erase all data.
5.Tap Reset phone, and then tap OK.
Basically factory data reset can solve all the software problems, and if you've done that and find your problem still there, which means the problem is with the hardware. In this case, I'm afraid there's some hardware problem with your phone and you have to send your phone for repair.
