我中国定了一双olympic lifting shoes, 还没寄回来。
之前一直没买是因为看大多low bar squat 都是主要flat shoes 的。
但是最近注意到很多low bar squatter 也有穿 olympic shoes。
著名powerlifter Dan green 也是一样。
DEADLIFT 190kg beltless完成.

但是还是蛮满意的。
