hello...我是platinum tower买主。我是来自斗湖的。请问现在1 sulaiman进展如何了?S&P是写到去年8月就该交盘的,到现在都还没。请问可以索偿吗?

(吉隆坡5日讯)因股东反对,加上无法就调整合约值达成共识,丰升工业(HARVEST,9342,主要板工业)独资子公司丰升建筑,已与沙巴Sagajuta私人有限公司,中止总值近1.3亿令吉合约。
该公司今日向马证交所报备,至今已完成近15%工程进度,双方同意在签约30天内,针对工程进度确认需付款项。
丰升建筑1月30日已与沙巴Sagajuta签署取消合约协议,中止2011年11月21日的合约;这是委任丰升建筑,为一项中价住宅房产计划的设计与建筑承包商。
根据当初签署的意向书,有关设计与建筑承包合约总值1亿2900万令吉,但去年在6月20日的股东大会遭否决,调整合约值未能有共识,故决定中止合约。
这是指1 sulaman吗? |

KUALA LUMPUR (Mar 5): Harvest Court Industries Bhd ( Financial Dashboard)'s RM129 million contract with Sagajuta (Sabah) Sdn Bhd to build a commercial and residential development in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah has been terminated by mutual consent.
The contract was for the construction of a 28-storey medium-cost apartment block, eight units of 2-storey shoplots, a common facilities podium and a five-level car park, which would form part of Sagajuta’s RM500 million 1Sulaman project in Kota Kinabalu.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Harvest Court (fundamental: 1.2; valuation: 0.6) said the contract was terminated due to majority of its shareholders at its annual general meeting held on June 20 last year voted against the resolution pertaining to the renewal of the shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.
At the same time, its wholly-owned subsidiary Harvest Court Construction Sdn Bhd and Sagajuta was unable to reach a consensus on the former’s request for the variation of the design and construction contract sum due to increase in material and labour cost since the letter of award (LOA) was issued on Nov 21, 2011.
Harvest Court said following this, Harvest Court Construction had on Jan 30 this year signed a cancellation agreement with Sagajuta to terminate the LOA.
"Pursuant to the LOA, the parties has agreed that the contract price for the design and construction contract works would be RM129 million. To date, Harvest Court Construction has carried out 14.8% of the works," it added.
Harvest Court said the termination of the LOA is not expected to have any material effect on the group's earnings, net asset and gearing for the financial year ending March 31, 2015 as it does not foresee any revenue contribute from the contract this year.
Harvest Court shares closed unchanged at 19.5 sen today, giving it a market capitalisation of RM54.76 million. |

Platinum tower 还是under sagajuta 公司處理。 但是gold tower 是sagajuta 给harvest 做。 難怪gold tower 完成停止, 原來harvest 不要接gold tower 工程。 |

我想在找YB之前我们应该先问发展商有关工程进度。
明天我会打电话给发展商的律师问一下,有买gold tower 的买主也一起打,让他们知道买主们都担心了,后续的动作我们再看看该怎么做。

我们也可去找房屋发展局投诉,如果成功投诉,该发展商将被列入黑名单,这将影响着发展商未来所有开发工程,这也是发展商最怕买主做的事!

在这里分享一个朋友买房的经验,他也是遭遇发展商预期交屋而延迟了很多年才拿到屋子。期间为了索赔的事情向当时发展商提供的律师行商讨过,但因该律师行的米饭班主是发展商,所以自然会帮着发展商说话,借词推搪。之后他另付费找了其他的律师行来帮忙处理索赔的事情,并成功得到了依据合约内容所应得的赔偿。 本帖最后由 娜丽 于 7-3-2015 11:05 PM 编辑

很多人讲不用擔心, 如果sagajuta 不行,其他developer 有可能take over 这个project. 因為銀行不會隨便發給資金給那些沒有進行任何工程的发展商。 |
