erm..not really sure about slangs, i know that states in america differs heaps as in culture, slangs and stuff..
I like Ann Lee, George Bush's English 
they've different slangs here and ppl can tell where u come frm based on ur slang. east coast folks have different slangs than west coast's. say a new yorker for example, u can tell that he's frm new york cz he'd speak through his nose (i.e.nasalization) and the way he lengthens certain parts of the words.....and of cz, not to mention the words that they use |

nope, spanish aint the second language in the world actually
it's commonly spoken in american and spain but not in other countries
well....yeah..japanese is probably more useful in asia
but then again, if u dont practice it often enough
sooner or later u'll forget the language anyway |

I think you have got the facts wrong. Spanish is NOT ONLY spoken in Spain and the US, but it is also the native language of hundreds of millions throughout Latin America, though it may not be the second most widely-spoken language in the world. It is said that one can drive from Mexico all the way down to Argentina without having to resort to another language other than Spanish. |
