请问现在 Bank Negara， 的新条规是不是一人只限两张卡？不是RM3000 以上不受影响？？

我最近申请citi 就被Reject , 我问他什么原因也不说
目前已用有MBB， 及STD，从来不都没欠款，刚还income tax RM4880++。
