Query Letter Contents	We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 2 April 2025 in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- 1. whether Tan Sri Tan is under investigation by any authority, and if yes, to provide the name of the authority and other details, where applicable; and 2. whether the investigation is related to T7GLOBAL Group, and if yes, to provide the details including nature of the investigation, and financial and operational impact on T7GLOBAL Group.
Further to the Company's announcement dated 2 April 2025, the Board of Directors of T7 Global Berhad wishes to furnish the following additional information in relation to the above query: The Board merely received Tan Sri Tan's resignation letter on 31 March 2025 and was not informed by Tan Sri Tan on the details of the investigation (if any); and The Board hereby confirms unequivocally that, to the best of the Board's knowledge, there is no investigation on T7 Global Berhad.
