 之前是active 30天 grace period 60天
现在是active 60天 grace period 30天
就像养猴子故事
早上给3粒晚上给4粒不够爽
那就早上给4粒晚上给3粒

我是其中一张之前因为换去60天引起混乱记错
不小心grace period
然后进去检查tc看可以耐多久因为不想这么快reload
哪里知道来不及了月尾之前要喂卡

RM30 FREE airtime will be given as RM5 per month over 6 months这个有條件的
3. ENTITLEMENT
3.1To be eligible to participate in the promotion, customer must: - - Port-in to FRiENDi mobile
- Keep his line active
- Have cumulative reload of RM10 every month to enjoy the free airtime
3.2Customer will be able to enjoy RM5 free airtime every month for the next 6 months if customer has met the above criteria
3.3Free airtime of RM5 will only be granted after customer has successfully completed the reload of RM10. Free airtime will be granted immediately
after the criteria are met.
3.4In the event that customer failed to fulfil the above criterion for any 30 days, he is no longer eligible for the free airtime. However, this does not
impact his eligibility for the following 30 days. If customer fulfils the requirements on the following 30 days the free airtime will still be granted as
long as the tenure has not exceeded 6 months from the date of first registration.
3.5FRiENDi mobile is under no obligation to grant free airtime to customer if customer does not meet any of the above mentioned criteria

这些重要的T&C换， 应该要通知用户的嘛。。
还好我的还没进入grace period  不然号码随时会不见

我还没有遇过有哪一个台会通知
hotlink就比较好。。ussd可以看到你死期
digi celcom 大概第一次告诉你grace period多少天
第二次是死前几天
xox ussd 完全看不到的
要自己上selfcare看

是咯， 怎么这样的信息不通知呢？ 上次digi smart plan 90天降至60天也没通知， 会有很多人死了号码吧

我昨天booked了一個美的號碼，今天買sim pack 要換電話號碼，可是不能換號碼？
是不是要進300才能換號碼？ |

 你选号码的时候 它有注明条件。。
有些号码免费拿，有些注明要reload rm300，有些需要reload rm500
|

digi在号码砍线前一天会再次sms通知必须reload。。
余额过期的第一天，digi会发送sms通知砍线日期。如果你不小心删除了。不要紧。还是能查。过期后，任何时刻打016-2211800选择检查余额，就会听到系统念出砍线日期了

以前friendi过期后，ussd余额有写砍线日期哦。。好像hotlink那样。。现在不懂咯。
tnc写60天。它和xox一样的。过期后的前30天里面能接电话/sms，后30天完全不能接来电/sms。
根据tnc，户口过期就进入4.5 inactive account，30天后进入4.7 suspended account，没有任何加额，就4.8砍线
4.5INACTIVE ACCOUNT. If you do not use your Airtime or Reload the Airtime under Your account for a continuous
period of sixty (60) days from Activation, or within sixty (60) days after your last usage (whichever is longer), Your Account will automatically be rendered “inactive” for thirty (30) days immediately upon the expiry of sixty (60) days from Activation, or upon the expiry of sixty (60) days after last usage. An inactive account is however not a “terminated account” since an account is not terminated until and unless in accordance with Clause 4.8 below. During this period, you will still be able to receive calls and SMS on Your account.
4.7 SUSPENDED ACCOUNT. If you fail to Reload during the period when Your Account is inactive, Your Account will be suspended for thirty (30) days. During this period, you will not be able to receive any calls or SMS in Your Account. If you do not reactive Your account during this period, it will be automatically terminated.
4.8TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT. If you fail to Reload during the period when Your Account is suspended, Your Account will automatically be terminated upon expiry of the thirty (30) days period of Your Suspended Account.

后30天不能接电话/sms基本上是没什么用处。。还是选择加额比较好 反正容易养

120天加额一次也算OK 60天活跃 + 60天非活跃期

最好90天+30天
grace period一定要有
很多人很喜欢拖到最后才进钱
没grace period就惨了
