付了之后存款必须还要能应付一年或以上的生活费.装修费用以及其他的手续费之类的.

i only 10 day thinking, i buy the SEC house.
3 day for looking and view some house (about 10 house)
7 day for thinking. ok, can buy.
i hear some people 3-6 month look and after see so many house,
but budget, buy so far and wrong location.
tebrau good area , developer good. so  may make decision but no too long waiting. because see to many house, you make confuse, you know.

可以说一下你觉得这两个project “type”的分别吗？我已经买了SEC了。。。但是地点来说strait view residence比较适合我。。。

so young you may buy first house? you should, is for the future.. 20+ is many more year of working. house is invest for future. do not spend so much money on car. is waste money. i am uncle, can tell you this.

yea。。。more high class。。。but the greeny area is not as much as sec。。。i think SEC montana is up class too...

both got pro and con, strait view residence have jb view and strait of johor view, but surrouding area a bit no class...
SEC no jb view no sea view...but surrounding area not bad....montana should have a clubhouse that match the one at strait view residence since the house is so expensive ....
