目標價:3.29令吉,最新進展:
亞航集團(AIRASIA,5099,主板消費股)今年次季搭客增長18%至1283萬9204人次,載客率則微跌1個百分點至85%。
當季整體機位按年增長19%,而每公里機位則按年增長17%至186億4500萬,因為公司積極擴充網絡,在增加新航線同時,也為海內外航線增加航班。
行家建議:
該集團次季營運數據保持強穩,歸功於載客率穩健及不斷上升的每公里乘客營收。
我們相信,強勁的載客率是因為東南亞國家當季節日的帶動。
另外,我們認為搭客人次能夠持續增長,因為開放給39個國家的“落地簽證”將於下月生效,不過我們目前維持財測不變。
考量到該集團謹慎的護盤策略、班次增加、營運穩定,及持續改善的每公里飛行價值,我們維持正面的展望。
另外,我們在4月中發出的大馬機場(AIRPORT,5014,主板交通和物流股)研究報告指,離境稅對搭客增長沒有太大衝擊。
綜合考量後,我們維持亞航集團“買入”評級,及3.29令吉目標價,相等於2020財年核心本益比11倍。

(吉隆坡5日讯)廉价航空公司亚洲航空(AirAsia Group Bhd)及联号公司亚航长程(AirAsia X Bhd)因向通过信用卡或网上银行购买机票的客户收取手续费,仍可能面临罚款。
这是尽管该公司上周二宣布,将从10月起取消手续费。
大马航空委员会(MAVCOM)表示,从6月1日起,大马所有航空公司都必须遵照2016年大马航空消费者保护条例(MACPC)取消手续费。
今年6月,有报道称,航委会已向未能遵守新规的航空公司发出几封要求解释信(show-cause letter)。惟航委会没有透露这些航空公司的身分。
不过,该会向《The Edge》财经日报表示,将向违反MACPC的航空公司发出要求解释信,要求以书面形式作出回复。
该会通过电邮回复指出:“委员会届时会决定该航空公司是否违反了MACPC的上述规定。在确定罚金数额之前,航空公司可在14天内提出减罚的理由。”
不过,航委会说,是否对这种违规行为施加惩罚的决定,将取决于对所指称违规行为的评估结果。
“航空公司必须取消手续费。根据MACPC,航空公司必须在广告发布及消费者购买机票之前,披露机票的最终价格。”
“最终价格必须包括基本票价和向航空公司支付的所有费用、政府征收的税项、任何成文法律规定的费用和收费,以及燃油附加费。这实际上消除了隐藏的费用,如信用卡收费和行政费用。”
航委会接着说,这是为了确保消费者在选择首选选项时知道最终票价。
该监管机构表示,航空公司过去的做法是一开始就没披露额外收费,到作出选择后才显示。
因此,亚航和亚航长程似乎违反了MACPC,因在9月30日之前仍向乘客收取手续费。
目前,亚航和亚航长程的乘客若使用扣账卡必须支付4令吉的手续费,而银联支付的手续费则高达16令吉。然而,如果乘客选择使用亚航的电子钱包BigPay付款则没有征收手续费。
今年1月,航委会规定,根据加强消费者保护守则,航空公司和机场营运商向乘客收取不必要的费用是违法后,亚航也停止向吉隆坡第二国际机场(klia2)出发的乘客收取3令吉的费用。
该收费是在2014年5月9日推出,当时该航空公司将营运从廉航终站(LCCT)搬至klia2。亚航称,收取这笔费用是为了抵销该集团被迫使用航厦的登机桥和SITA登记和登机系统等设施的成本。
根据大马机场控股(Malaysia Airports Holdings Bhd)2018年度报告,亚航集团在klia2的乘客量为1903万人次。假设其中一半是离境旅客,粗略计算显示,亚航从3令吉收费中收取了2854万令吉。
不过,亚航并没有在2018年报披露通过手续费或3令吉klia2费用,所收取的金额。
本报联系亚航时,该公司拒绝置评,只是表示将在适当时候就此事发表声明。
因此,虽然一些消费者认为取消3令吉klia收费和手续费是亚航保持低票价的努力,因后者最近还推出了一个#FairAirportTax社交媒体活动,而这实际上是符合加强消费者保护守则。
#FairAirportTax活动是为了抗议政府将klia2非东盟国际航班的机场税与吉隆坡国际机场(KLIA)的机场税划一。
针对亚航集团总执行长丹斯里东尼费南德斯称航委会没有照顾乘客利益,且花很长时间才批准新航线,进而拖慢公司增长的指控,该会表示:“我们支持所有业者,并承认亚航集团是国内最大的航空公司。”
该会补充:“我们通过航权(ATR)分配,促进其增长。截至2018年12月31日止财政年,亚航集团获得118个航权,而今年首半年获分配48个航权。”
至于航委会拒绝介入亚航集团与大马机场控股之间就未付机场税的纠纷,航委会表示,大马机场控股已选择交由法庭裁决。
“因此,委员会的立场是必须按正当程序进行,以避免任何一方的诉讼程序繁多或滥用程序。吉隆坡高庭于6月25日同意总检察署提出的论点,驳回亚航对航委会启动司法复核的申请。”
“另外,高庭也允许大马机场控股对亚航进行简易判决的申请,因法庭认为没有可审理的问题。”

(吉隆坡29日讯)亚航集团(AIRASIA,5099,主板消费产品服务组)次季及半年业绩逊预期,分析员认为,该公司未来业务营运仍具挑战,特别是美中贸易战带来不明朗因素,旅游及航空领域将受到冲击,惟却也是扩大市占率良好时机,削减财测之余,仍看好长期前景。
可取得更高市占率
达证券指出,美中贸易战及人民币贬跌,料将负面冲击任何涉及旅游及休闲领域的公司,亚航也不例外。不过长期而言,该公司将取得更高市占率,并随着增加产能有助于未来赚利,长期仍看俏。
艾芬黄氏研究指出,亚航业绩不如预期,将2019年至2021财政年的核心每股盈利预测下砍21至24%,主要是预期较低每公里营业额及较高的飞机保养维修成本等。
MIDF研究也因为业绩不如预期而将2019及2020财政年净利预测分别削减至5亿6490万令吉及6亿3300万令吉,之前预测则是8亿1490万令吉及9亿9870万令吉。这主要是考虑到采取大马财报标准16之后,融资及保养维修成本走高,特别是租用飞机数目有增无减,营运开销走高等。
达证券预期该公司下半年表现将扭转劣势,受较低燃油成本及第四季航空旅游将有增无减支持。
达证券维持财测不变,预料2019财政年平均燃油价格每桶80美元,上半年则为85美元。从2019年7月1日至2019年8月28日,新加坡飞机燃油掉期价格平均为76.57美元水平。
亚航管理层披露,将脱售全部持有的飞机。泰国亚航脱售飞机所得资金,将通过特别股息方式注入亚航集团,并保留大马亚航脱售所得。
燃油对冲护盘方面,该公司2019年的燃油,其中65%获得护盘,平均价为63.3美元(布兰特)、2020年则占73%及每桶平均价为60.2美元、以及2021年则为19%及平均价为59.5%。

KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 4): Credit Suisse reinstated its coverage on AirAsia Group Bhd with a RM2.32 target price (TP) and outperform rating, Bloomberg reported today.
Bloomberg, quoting Credit Suisse' note, said there is hidden value in the budget airline's technology ventures.
"Carrier has consistently grown market share in Southeast Asia in a profitable manner since inception. Outlook to improve, driven by limited capacity growth within Asean and turnaround of AirAsia Group's operations in the Philippines, Thailand and India.
"AirAsia Group's return on invested capital will likely surpass its weighted average cost of capital by 2021. Investors will also be paid via dividends of 5%-8% yield in FY20-21E," Bloomberg reported.
At Bursa Malaysia today, AirAsia Group shares settled down two sen or 1.18% at RM1.68 at 12:30pm. The stock saw 4.73 million shares traded.

Type | Announcement | Subject | OTHERS | Description | AIRASIA GROUP BERHAD- Profit Sharing Agreement entered into between AirAsia Berhad and AirAsia X Berhad | The Board of Directors of AirAsia Group Berhad ("AAGB" or "the Company") (“Board”) wishes to announce that AirAsia Berhad (“AAB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 10 November 2019, entered into a Profit Sharing Agreement (“Agreement”) with AirAsia X Berhad (“AAX”) in connection with the transfer two (2) of its existing slots (equivalent of 14x weekly) of its Kuala Lumpur - Singapore route (“KUL-SIN Route”) (“Transaction”).
Pursuant to the Agreement, AAX will share 50% of the net operating profit of the route with AAB on a monthly basis throughout the term of the Agreement. The Agreement shall be effective on the date of the Agreement, for a period of one (1) year, and may be renewed for another one (1) year by mutual agreement in writing by both AAX and AAB. Unless otherwise agreed in writing and subject to regulatory approval, in the event AAX’s performance of the KUL-SIN Route does not meet the mutually agreed expectations or the Agreement is not extended or that AAX ceases or intends to cease operation of the KUL-SIN Route, the airport slots shall be returned to AAB.
The Transaction will provide an opportunity for AAB to heighten the fly-thru market which has remained stagnant since 2017 and benefit from the additional capacity which doubles up to AAB’s current capacity.
Tan Sri Anthony Francis Fernandes and Datuk Kamarudin bin Meranun are deemed interested in the Transaction (“Related Parties”) and they have abstained from all management and Board deliberations and voting in respect of the Transaction.
