Description	Memorandum of Agreement between SMF Eden Maritime Ltd ("SMF Eden"), a wholly-owned Subsidiary Company of Straits Inter Logistics Berhad (Straits or the Company) for the proposed acquisition of a vessel namely M.T. MO Satu from Millennium Satu Ltd
The Board of Directors of Straits wishes to announce that SMF Eden had on 16 September 2020 entered into a memorandum of agreement ("MOA") with Millennium Satu Ltd ("MSL" or the "Vendor") to acquire a vessel, namely M.T MO Satu from MSL for a purchase consideration of USD4,500,000 to be satisfied entirely via cash over a period of 36 months from the delivery date ("Proposed Acquisition").
