嗯... 你看错了。

首先，去年的这一季，Megan 的组织图有了一些改变，那个改变影响你看的 profit 部分。

为了改组织图，Megan 对股东也做了一些东西，那个东西影响你看的 NTA 部分。

不妨根据这两个 tips，做一下功课。不然，也可以参考我在另一个论坛发表的相关文章...

Megan Reports Sustainable Growth
Wednesday, 30 March, 2005

Megan Media Holdings Berhad and its subsidiaries (“Megan” or “the Group”) had
on 30 March 2005 released its third quarter results to the Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad.

The Group recorded sustainable growth for the 9 months ended 31 January 2005,
with revenue of RM637 million and profit after tax of RM45 million on the back
of the increase in its production capacity, economies of scale and cost
management initiatives.

Year To Date 2005 versus Year To Date 2004

Revenue increased by RM272 million or 74.5% from RM365 million in the
corresponding period of the preceding year to RM637 million. The increase was
driven primarily by an increase of its DVD-R production capacity by 7 times
since January 2004 to January 2005.

EBITDA surged significantly by 90% from RM80 million to RM152 million. EBITDA
margin improved to 23.9% from 21.9% recorded in the corresponding period as a
result of higher revenue recorded.

Third Quarter 2005 versus Second Quarter 2005

Megan recorded an after tax profit of RM16 million in the third quarter of
2005. This represents an increase of RM1 million versus the second quarter,
mainly due to higher deferred tax assets recognized for the quarter. Revenue
decreased marginally by 4% from the previous quarter to RM212 million as a
result of lower outsourcing activities such as the video cassettes for the
third quarter. Correspondingly, profit after tax margin increased from 6.8% to
7.4%.

Business Outlook

The industry remained robust in light of the growth in DVD-R formats and stable
demand in CD-R formats driven by firm prices since January 2005. However,
increase in crude oil prices recently has impacted higher raw material cost of
polycarbonate.  Barring unforeseen circumstances, the Directors expect
satisfactory results for the financial year ending 30 April 2005.
