我觉得HOR,最近的LAG跟TM NUT有关的罗。。。SINCE他们开始限制速度了。。。
不觉得MAPLE LAG的罗。。。可能TM NET当着ONLINE GAME也是P2P吧。。。 因为跟DLOAD电影一样都是一直CONNECT SERVER。。。所以就顶我们。。。。
有谁LAG HOR~ 不要管 3 7 21 啦。。。

然后去投诉TM NUT 。。。 我已经4 个月了。。。
而且我一直都有去做调查看看是不是我的问题。。。 |

Dear Sir,
I had email my problem since several weeks ago and my problem still have not solve yet, which i'm "enjoying" super duper worse and unprofessional service from TM.
MY problems:
- slow connection and sometimes unable to connect at AFTERNOON and NIGHT after 8pm during weekdays BUT THE CONNECTION IS NORMAL AND SMOOTH DURING THE MIDNIGHT UNTIL TOMORROW MORNING BEFORE 1 or 2PM. I can't do my work during the night time and i seldom at home at the day time.
So what i am paying for?
- Situation becomes worse during any HOLIDAY and WEEKEND, the internet keep lagging and it is very hard to surf any websites OR it has no response at all from any websites.
- SERIOUSLY BAD SERVICE since 4 months ago and have not solve yet and i have to pay rm77 every months and i am UNABLE to terminate the service from TM because not enough 2 years. I am so so so frustrated with this incident since i can't do anytihng besides complaning YET the problem still remain for so long time and i have to pay like an idiot, giving money to them for poor service!
I STRONGLY REQUEST FOR REBATE FOR THIS 4 WHOLE MONTHS!
- I had email to MCMC and even FOMCA but my problem still remain, i am wondering does Malaysia have consumer rights even thou being treated unfair??
I am not only the victim in this situation, my friends and the following forum can tell the situation
