其实今天看到APPT LETTER觉得有点怪还有少许不满意可是还是照签了。。
年假我还以为有十四天的。。结果是有。。可是要做满一年才有。。不然的话就是七天而已。。还是PRORATED的那种。。
然后一大堆要守的规矩。。。所谓的CODE OF CONDUCT..

Refusing to carry out a reasonable order of a superior 5. Persistent absence or late from work without good cause 6. Gambling during working hours 7. Sleeping during working hours 8. Fighting during working hours 9. Consuming alcohol while working 10. Consuming drugs during during or even not during working hours 11. Caught stealing 12. Corruption, even for a small sum 13. Engage in any business without any written approval from the company
然后说要如期SUBMIT一些文件。。不然的话公司是有权HOLD你的薪金直到你工作做完了。。
那么这样不就违反了MOM的守则吗?HMM...
好的话就是MEDICAL BENEFIT不错。。好像可以CLAIM很多。。。还有很多检查。。
因为是有帮员工买保险的关系吧。。听说可以CLAIM UP TO 15K。。。
可是奇怪的一点是。。。这间公司不接受POLY还政府医院的MC。。
除非是真的很紧急的事件他们才会承认以上两件所发的MC。。HMM..
然后好的也是两个星期五做到三点半而已。。。可惜还要做两个星期六。。。
还有。。因为是EXE LEVEL。。所有没OT CLAIM。。可是如果做多两个小时半以上就有TAXI CLAIM然后MEAL ALLOWANCE。。。
