Summary of the job description are:
1.        Literature review and/or data collection from secondary sources to understand the concepts, revolution, certification and CCM processes in the context of ISO.
2.        Study the clauses and process details for ISO certification especially in the context of CCM to a case study company
3.        Develop and revise project related documents for ISO CCM
4.        Map the ISO clauses to project documents developed in (3)
5.        Repeat (3) and (4) until a comprehensive CCM is achieve based on ISO guideline
6.        Develop the framework
7.        Verify and validate the framework
8. Journal Publication
