吉隆坡13日讯）Destini Bhd子公司获砂拉越蚬壳（Sarawak Shell Bhd）根据泛马石油协议承包商（PAC）营运商钻井计划颁发的一项合约，提供管式装卸、导管安装和套管回收装置及服务。

Destini指出，授予独资子公司Destini Oil Services私人有限公司（DOS）的合约价值，取决于将发出的工作订单。

根据合约，DOS将成为浅水管式装卸、导管安装和套管回收的主要承包商。此外，DOS被指定为深水管式装卸设备及服务的二级承包商。

“这项来自大型国际油气公司的合约，重申DOS在全球竞争的能力。合约的颁发，进一步加强Destini对提高商业订单的承诺。”

As a result, DLP Rail has become an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Destini. 2. INFORMATION ON DLP RAIL DLP Rail was incorporated on 19 April 2019 as a private company limited by shares in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 2016. The entire issued share capital of DLP Rail is RM100,000.00 comprising of 100,000 ordinary shares.  The principal activities of DLP Rail is to carry on the business of rail construction, track works, systems and communications. The Director of DLP Rail is Abdul Rahman Bin Mohamed Rejab and the sole shareholder is Destini Rail. 3. RATIONALE OF THE INCORPORATION The incorporation allows Destini to expand its future service offerings to include the provision of total engineering solutions and services, civil works, rolling stock, project and asset management and maintenance services for rail and track transportation projects in Malaysia. 4. FINANCIAL EFFECTS OF THE INCORPORATION   The incorporation will not have any material impact on the earnings per share, net assets per share, gearing and share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholding of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2019. 5.
