(吉隆坡20日讯)UOA发展(UOADEV,5200,主板产业股)设立联营公司Solid Chef,经营位于Nexus商场的稻香中华料理餐馆。
根据文告,UOA发展是由旗下的UOA Hospitality,以及Regenda发展,与刘春燕(译音)签署上述联营协议。
刘春燕为中国籍人民,获Solid Chef委任作为管理餐馆的饮食食品业务。
其中,UOA Hospitality和Regenda发展,各持股69.9998%和0.0002%股权,刘春燕则持股30%。【南洋网财经】

(吉隆坡5日訊)UOA發展(UOADEV,5200,主要板房產)獲得Nova Metro發展私人有限公司頒發價值1億387萬令吉建築合約,成為Setapak V主要承包商。
該公司向馬證交所報備,UOA發展通過子公司Resodex建築私人有限公司獲得這項合約,合約期限為24個月。
針對上述發展建議,主要是在Mukim Setapak執行Setapak V建築工程,但UOA發展未提供承包合約的其他詳情。

UOA发展第三季净利增54%

(吉隆坡23日讯)受产业发展项目推动,UOA发展(UOADEV,5200,主板产业股)截至9月30日第三季净利按年增长54.10%。
集团第三季净赚1亿5854万令吉,或每股盈利10.52仙,高于上财年同期的1亿288万令吉,或7.28仙。
同时,营业额亦从3亿4986万令吉,按年增40.68%至4亿9218万令吉。
UOA发展第三季营业额和净利增加,主要是因为进行中的发展项目逐步入账,包括Desa Green、Scenaria@North Kiara Hills、South View服务公寓等。
另外,集团首九个月净利按年增34.35%,达3亿595万令吉,或每股21.01仙;营业额则增52.08%,达11亿3159万令吉。

(吉隆坡25日讯)UOA发展(UOADEV,5200,主板产业股)截至去年12月杪的末季,净利上涨25.6%,归功于产业发展项目推动;另建议派每股15仙的股息。
该公司在末季的净利,从去年的8840万2000令吉,增加至1亿1106万7000令吉,或相等每股7.31仙。
营业额也上扬53.3%,录得5亿1159万7000令吉,高于去年的3亿3375万令吉。
UOA发展第三季营业额和净利增加,主要是因为进行中的发展项目逐步入账,包括Desa Green、Scenaria@North Kiara Hills、SouthView服务公寓、Southbank住宅项目、Desa Sentul,以及Vertical CorporateTowers。
全年4.17亿入袋
累计全年,净利按年增长31.9%,取得4亿1701万6000令吉;营业额同样激增52.5%,来到16亿4318万8000令吉。
另外,UOA发展建议为2015财年,派发每股15仙股息。 |

UOA发展毛利逾亿

(吉隆坡28日讯)UOA发展有限公司(UOADEV,5200,产业组)宣布,在截至2016年3月31日止首个财季,所取得的毛利按年从1亿2034万令吉增至1亿3156万令吉。
不过,该房地产发展商在一项文告中表示,收入由之前的3亿1370万令吉降至2亿117万令吉。
它指出,上述收入是根据旗下产业销售额获逐步确认所得,这些产业项目包括South View服务式公寓、Scenaria@North Kiara Hills、Southbank Residence、Desa Sentul、The Vertical企业大楼以及Desa Green。
UOA发展补充,该季度新产业销售额达到1亿7000万令吉,其中贡献的项目包括Danau Kota、South View服务式公寓、Southbank Residence、Scenaria@North Kiara Hills、Desa Sentul、The Vertical企业大楼以及Suria@North Kiara。

艾芬黄氏指出,该公司已推介产业计划为Danau Kota计划,以及初步推出甲洞United Point计划(发展总值15亿令吉),较后推介则为Desa Sentul计划(发展总值15亿令吉)。

On behalf of the Board of Directors of UOA Development, Kenanga IB wishes to announce that based on the dividend reinvestment forms received by the Company’s share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Sdn Bhd, UOA Development will be issuing 111,679,600 New Shares pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme which applies to the Final Dividend for the financial year end 31 December 2015.
The said New Shares represent approximately 93.78% of the total number of 119,089,000 Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the Dividend Reinvestment Scheme, had all entitled shareholders elected to reinvest their respective Electable Portions in the new Shares.
The New Shares are expected to be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 18 July 2016.
