（吉隆坡8日訊）保綠美（BOILERM，0168，創業板工業股）子公司斥資2030萬令吉，在梳邦再也購買一塊附有工廠及辦公樓的工業地。

該公司向馬證交所報備指出，獨資子公司Nautical Icon私人有限公司與SSK物流公司達成有條件買賣協議。

上述值達2030萬令吉，面積1.4543公頃的工業地上，有一座單層工廠及一棟3層高的辦公樓，座落在梳邦再也的其中一個工業區。

保绿美2030万买厂房

（吉隆坡22日讯）保绿美（BOILERM，0168，创业板）股东今日在特别股东大会中一致通过，以2030万令吉购买厂房以扩充业务的献议。

董事经理梁有掌表示，上述厂房原属SSK物流私人有限公司，位于保绿美现坐落梳邦工业园区办公司的附近。

“添购这家厂房后，我们的生产面积，将从现在的6万平方尺，增加值14万平方尺，产量也将从原本每月生产5个锅炉，可毫无问题地提高至每月8至10个。”

梁有掌披露，将从内部筹获上述收购资金，负债率维持在0.03倍。[Nanyang]

（吉隆坡10日讯）保绿美（BOILERM，0168，创业板）截至今年1月31日，3个月的净利达630万3000令吉，较上财年同期的397万2000令吉增长58.69%。

同期营业额则上涨26.44%，报4403万1000令吉，上财年同期为3482万3000令吉。

截至2013年1月31日首9个月的净利，则报1697万6000令吉，较上财年同期的1119万5000令吉，上涨51.64%。

此外，首9个月的营业额达1亿3128万1000令吉，比上财年同期的1亿654万1000令吉，增加23.22%。

另一方面，保绿美董事局宣布，把公司财政年的截止日期，从4月30日更改至3月31日。

配合更换财年，第一套受影响的财务审计报告，将从2012年5月1日开始至2013年3月31日，涵盖11个月。
