（吉隆坡28日讯）BIMB控股（BIMB Holdings Bhd）在截至今年6月杪第二季净赚1亿9516万令吉，比上财年同季的1亿4991万令吉弹升了30%。

季度营业额上扬16%至11亿6000万令吉，上财年同季报9亿9217万令吉。

该集团表示，大马回教银行（Bank Islam Malaysia Bhd）旗下的回教银行业务回教义捐与税前盈利（PBZT）增长12%至2亿1750万令吉，归功于总收入增加。

该集团在文告中指出：“大马回教银行的盈利增长，主要是商业活动增加。”

该季度的平均净融资和预付款增加，也推高了该银行的基金收入。非基金收入也录得投资收益增长，得益于金融资产出售和重估。

由于个人评估激增，该季度的融资和预付款减值净额也有所增加。

该集团表示，该银行的资本状况保持健康，截至今年5月份，总资本比率为18.4%，同行的比率为17.5%。

至于大马回教保险（Syarikat Takaful Malaysia Keluarga Bhd）的回教保险业务，回教义捐与税前盈利剧增58%至9710万令吉，一年前为6140万令吉，归功于Wakalah净费用收入增加。

家庭回教保险业务录得销售额增长，把大马回教保险的营运收入推高至6亿7290万令吉，一年前为5亿4240万令吉。

截至现财年首半年，净利上涨23%至3亿9768万令吉，一年前报3亿2205万令吉，营业额则从19亿9000万令吉，上扬17%至23亿4000万令吉。

展望未来，BIMB乐观看待现财年余下季度的前景。

尽管经济环境充满挑战，但该集团预计大马回教银行仍将保持稳定的盈利前景。

然而，随着国家银行下调隔夜政策利率（OPR），预计净收入赚幅将继续受到压缩。

此外，由于银行支持实施净稳定融资比率要求，该集团预计存款竞争将持续存在。

同时，BIMB表示，由于回教保险产品需求强劲，预计回教保险业的表现将优于传统保险公司。

该集团说：“今年，大马回教保险有望进一步扩大市场份额。为了保持其市场领先地位，公司将通过实施数字战略、引入在线解决方案、扩展分销能力、与领先的回教银行保持战略合作伙伴关系及品牌意识倡议，继续实施创新策略。”

Description	DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN ("DRP") THAT PROVIDES THE SHAREHOLDERS OF BIMB HOLDINGS BERHAD ("BHB") WITH THE OPTION TO ELECT TO REINVEST THEIR INTERIM CASH DIVIDEND IN NEW ORDINARY SHARES IN BHB ("PROPOSAL")
(Unless otherwise defined, defined terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 1 December 2020, 7 December 2020 and 24 December 2020 in relation to the Proposal ("Announcements")) We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposal. On behalf of the Board, AIBB wishes to announce that BHB will be issuing 60,986,700 new BHB Shares, pursuant to the DRP applied to the interim dividend of BHB in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2020, based on the valid Dividend Reinvestment Forms received by Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd, the Share Registrar for the Proposal, as at the expiry date of the DRP on 7 January 2021, or such later date as may be extended by the Board at its sole discretion. The new BHB Shares to be issued represent approximately 91.33% of the total number of 66,776,900 new BHB Shares that would have been issued pursuant to the DRP, had all the eligible entitled shareholders elected to reinvest their respective electable portions into new BHB Shares. The said new BHB Shares are expected to be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 19 January 2021. This announcement is dated 14 January 2021.
