雙威13億銷售可達標

(吉隆坡16日訊)雙威(SUNWAY,5211,主板產業組)即將於新加坡和柔佛推出的產業計劃,料可獲得市場良好反應,興業研究預期該公司將可在今年達到13億令吉銷售預測的目標。
興業研究分析員最近受邀南下參觀雙威在新加坡和柔州的產業計劃,該分析員在報告中指出,雙威在新加坡的產業計劃Arc和Sea Esta都已獲全面認購,並已展開建築工程,隨著Sea Esta將於下半年開始按進度收款,預料新加坡的收入貢獻將更為強勁。
諾維娜(Novena)則是另一項深受市場期待的新加坡產業計劃,發展總值達9億1千500萬新元(23億令吉),該地段位於新加坡醫療群集區,預訂於9月先推出零售產業,接下來為醫療套房,目前該區地價為每平方英尺3千至4千新元,同時需求強勁。

雙威將於本週末推出其在依斯干達特區的首個產業計劃Lenang Heights,該新盤毗鄰摩立花園和Ponderosa高爾夫球俱樂部,共銷售112單位的雙層和三層半獨立式房屋和別墅,發展總值2億令吉,半獨立式房屋售價介於150萬至180萬令吉,由於需求強勁,雙威並未提供發展商承擔利息計劃(DIBS),事實上該公司至今已收到逾600名買家登記。興業預期該產業到時可銷售一空。
至於雙威在依斯干達Medini的地段已完基本設施,首期計劃包含住宅公寓及精品式辦公室,發展總值介於4億至5億令吉,將於2013年底推出,第二期高樓住宅和第三期有地房屋將在明年上半年推介。
興業研究指出,雙威計劃在依斯干達特區發展教育園區,由於該公司在教育領域具良好記錄,將可確保此計劃能取得成功。
該行基於資金撤離,在第三季市場展望中將產業領域降級,不過雙威仍是受看好的產業股之一。儘管市場預料在第三季逐步放緩,但該行相信雙威仍有能力達到全年13億令吉的保守銷售預測。
同時,雙威業務比其它同行更為多元化,將有能力抑制下跌風險。該行保持“買進”建議,合理價調整至3令吉76仙。(星洲日報/財經) |

雙威集團-OR 首日登場出師不利

(吉隆坡16日訊)雙威集團(SUNWAY,5211,主要板房產)附加股雙威集團-OR(SUNWAY-OR,5211OR,主要板房產)今日正式掛牌馬股,缺乏投資者買盤支持,早盤一度滑進10大下跌股榜。
該股今早開盤即跌6仙,以1.55令吉迎市后,股價繼續向南滑,盤中最低慘跌14仙至1.47令吉。
休市前,投資者仍對該附加股信心欠佳,導致雙威集團-OR在休市時滑落11仙,暫掛在1.50令吉,半日交投100萬1900股。
休市后,雙威集團-OR雖脫離10大下跌股榜,但走勢並沒轉好;閉市時,雙威集團-OR收在1.51令吉,跌10仙,成交量為171萬8500股。
雙威集團向馬證所報備,公司以1.70令吉發售達5億6870萬2201附加股,計劃將籌資所得購買土地、發展房地產和償還銀行貸款。[中国报财经] |

Odd Lot 也是场内交易来的,只是价钱会底一点。通过dealer卖就可以了。卖了OR 的话,你只剩下1000 unit share 咯 |

33SHARE 不能在网上正常做交易...需要通过DEALER...就卖掉算了...

如果我买进1000 SHARE SUNWAY-OR,当到期了...

如果你今天买进sunway-OR 1000 unit, 在23/7/2013没卖出去,sunway-OR 已经从market "消失“了。 所以你需要补RM1700 subscribe 换成母股sunway |

根据文告,年届59的任广财,曾在绿野集团(CHHB,5738,主板产业股)及已下市的阳光(SUNRISE)担任董事经理。
他在建筑、房地产与企业领域拥有超过30年经验,曾荣获“2002年最佳总执行长”奖项。
任广财活跃于大马、澳洲、英国、毛里求斯及南非的酒店、度假村、购物中心、高尔夫球场、国际学校、住宅与综合产业发展活动。

(吉隆坡25日讯)双威(SUNWAY,5211,主板产业股)独资子公司———双威Treasury私人有限公司,获得华侨银行提供高达6700万美元(约2亿1429万令吉)的定期贷款。
双威向马交所报备,华侨银行透过纳闽分行,提供贷款给双威子公司,主要是再融资现有回教定期贷款。
有关回教贷款是由马银行回教银行,提供给双威MUSC私人有限公司。
