The Board of Directors of WHB wishes to announce that Wellcall Hose (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, has on 3 September 2024 entered into a conditional sale and purchase agreement with Jubilee Link Sdn. Bhd. for the acquisition of 3 parcels of contiguous vacant leasehold industrial land held under the following titles: (i) Pajakan Mukim 30094, Lot 60452, Mukim Hulu Kinta, Daerah Kinta, Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan; (ii) Pajakan Negeri (“PN”) 361315, Lot 74651, Mukim Sungai Terap, Daerah Kinta, Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan; and (iii) PN 64363, Lot 158405, Mukim Sungai Terap, Daerah Kinta, Negeri Perak Darul Ridzuan, for a total cash consideration of RM32,000,000. Further details of the Proposed Acquisition are set out in the attachment. This announcement is dated 3 September 2024.
