大马海峡物流获4500万合约

（吉隆坡14日讯）大马海峡物流（STRAITS，0080，创业板）宣布，旗下南方燃料（马）私人有限公司获得4500万令吉的服务合约。

根据文告，合约是为Tumpuan Megah发展私人有限公司，提供燃油供应服务。

合约即起生效，为期6个月。

大马海峡物流董事经理拿督斯里何锦财预计，合约可为截至12月杪的2017财年，贡献净利和净资产。

“我们希望燃油补给船业务可成为核心业务，取代占集团营业额90%的燃油贸易业务。”

何锦财说，集团正致力争取为海洋和货物散货运输商、油气船、浮式生产储油及卸油船（FPSO）、游轮和渡轮，提供优质的燃油供应服务。

该集团8月宣布收购2艘船只，一旦完成，将在末季正式开启燃油补给船的新业务。 【e南洋】

大马海峡物流（STRAITS，0080，创业板）在拿督斯里何锦财的掌舵中，定位成一家高级燃料添加服务供应商，为散装货物航运、油气船、浮式生产储油及卸油船（FPSO）、游艇和渡轮添油。

这不仅改变了该集团原有的格局，也成为大马交易所唯一的海上添油公司。

简单来说，这项服务就是为海上船只添油的“浮动油站”，通过两艘容纳量高达100万公升高质汽油的添油船，让大马海峡物流提升价值链。

大马海峡物流第三季赚63万

（吉隆坡24日讯）归功于新业务贡献盈利，大马海峡物流（STRAITS，0080，创业板）在截至今年9月的财年第三季，净利按年暴增62.1倍，至63万1000令吉或每股0.23仙。

前身是拉雅国际的大马海峡物流向交易所报备，去年净利为1万令吉或每股0.01仙。

第三季营业额也从去年的2017万令吉，劲扬63.4%，至3295万5000令吉，归功于早前多元化至燃油和原油产品贸易，带来额外营收。

累计首九个月，净利录得180万3000令吉或每股0.89仙，年增600倍，去年为3000令吉或每股0.02仙；营业额也从去年的5025万3000令吉，上扬64.9%至8286万2000令吉。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡15日讯）大马海峡物流（STRAITS，0080，创业板）建议私下配售高达10%股权给第三方投资者，筹集最多1380万令吉，作为营运资本和购买原料。

该公司今日向交易所报备，假设配售价为每股25仙，是5天成交量加权平均市价（VWAMP）折价6.5%，可筹得1380万令吉。

其中1373万8000令吉作为营运资本和购买原料，包括租船开销，其余则是私配相关开销。

采购更多轻柴油

该公司预见供油服务需求走高，因此，有意采购更多海运轻柴油。

私配的目的是迎合现有与潜在的合作，确保公司有充足的资本，不用在急需资金时才寻找财源。
