2。在家可以开导
3。在女朋友家可以开到
4。用Celcom wireless broadband也是可以开到

Space Pirate and Zombie
Left for dead 2
出血度不到RM50

另外中了两个orangeBox
一个刚好可以自己用，多出来的送给海盗仔了

Hello Wongks,

Thank you for contacting Steam Support.

Please exit Steam and go to the folder called C:\Program Files\Steam\ (this is the default location for a Steam installation - if you set a different installation directory, you will need to browse to it).

Delete all of the files in this folder except:

The \Steamapps\ folder and Steam.exe (this file is listed as an application and features the black and white Steam logo)

Restart your computer.

Then, launch Steam.exe from within the Steam installation folder, and not from a pre-existing shortcut.

With Steam running, re-test the original issue.

Note: This process will not affect your currently installed games.

If the issue persists, make sure your network is optimized for Steam:

Hi STEAM,

thank you for reply.

i found a better solution. just go to my computer regional setting and set my unicode thing from PRC chinese to english, then solved the problem.

this is so unexpected from steam which steam is supporting so many multi-language games. hopes this solution will added to your knowledgebase and help those encountered the similar problem.
