云顶大马新设施压缩赚益．室内主题公园吸引人潮

（吉隆坡9日讯）云顶大马（GENM,4715,主板贸服组）第四季盈利料按季改善，2018财政年上半年前料受高成本所累前景乌云笼罩；紧随戊戌木狗年到来，联昌研究预期室内主题公园2月中重新开放，有助开启一片“旺气”。

分析员说，云顶大马的室内主题公园自2017年4月关闭，2月中重新开放的室内主题公园专注于18种乘骑玩意；并将于今年上半年全面营运，预料非赌博资产的20世纪霍士主题乐园可吸引大批人潮，未来可间接吸引赌场访客和提振营收。

联昌分析员最近会晤云顶大马管理层，基于多年的云顶综合旅游计划（GITP）正紧锣密鼓进行，是2018年主要策略；联昌认为基于新设施高成本和折旧成本，预期会压缩赚益至少至今年上半年。

迈入2018财政年，联昌预期云顶大马盈利可按年增长24%，主要是豪客部份的胜率正常化，赌场博弈量亦正常化。

分析员认为，云顶大马过去数季因豪客持续到访低回，第四季盈利可在豪客区块“胜算”正常化令盈利按季改善，且去年年终假期期间豪客与群众业务量按季增长又是另一“加分”。

2017年第三季，豪客流量按季双位数增长，群体客流量按季个位数扬升。

过去几年，云顶大马多专注奖赏现有名胜世界会员（传统上带来更高回酬），相比外国旅客如中国观光客。这策略似乎奏效，第三季群众客流量按年增长10%（相比过去几季按年增长约1%）。

加紧吸引中国观光客

联昌指出，云顶大马也将于今年下半年，加紧吸引中国观光客到来，配合室外的20世纪霍士主题乐园全面营运，吸引更多客流。

考量到GITP新设施高成本和折旧成本，联昌“持有”评级不变，目标价保持5令吉45仙。

新主題樂園年底開張 雲頂大馬交投活絡

（吉隆坡28日訊）雲頂大馬（GENM，4715，主要板貿服）位于雲頂高原的新主題樂園將于年底開放，且新設施料將在6至12個月內逐步開放，前者股項今日備受投資者追捧，交投熾熱中上漲3%。

雲頂大馬以5.39令吉開市，揚12仙；盤中最高漲18仙或3%，上探5.45令吉全日最高點。該股以5.29令吉暫休，起2仙，半日共867萬3900股易手，交投頗熱。

截至下午4點半，雲頂大馬掛5.30令吉，起3仙，成交量1451萬4300股。

興業證券研究指出，雲頂大馬2017財年的14億2000萬令吉核心淨利表現符合該行預期，並優于市場預期，分別佔全年預測的102%和115.8%。

末季游客增34%

該公司末季業績主要受本地業務推動，其中貴賓和大眾客戶提振了旗下賭博業務。

展望未來，砸重金發展、位于大馬雲頂世界（Resort World Malaysia）的雲頂綜合旅遊計劃（GITP）將在6至12個月內逐步開放新設施。公司管理層指出，20世紀福斯主題公園將于2018年底開放，而Skytropolis室內主題公園將于下半年開始運營。

“雲頂大馬2017財年末季度假酒店的游客人數按年增長34%至670萬人次，相信新的主題樂園開放后，將成為雲頂大馬最主要的重估催化劑。”

在該公司撥出的104億令吉資本開銷中，迄今為止花費了60億令吉，其余可能在2018/2019財年使用。

另外，雲頂大馬位于紐約總值4億美元（約16億令吉）的擴建項目即將開始頒布合約，計劃翻修共有400間客房的酒店、擴建賭場，以及在2019年底增加零售和娛樂產品的供應。

The Board of Directors of GENM refers to the announcement dated 7 July 2017 and press release dated 27 February 2018 in relation to GENM’s investment in the promissory notes issued by the Mashpee Wampanoag Tribe (“Tribe”) to finance the Tribe’s development of an integrated gaming resort in Taunton, Massachusetts, United States of America (“U.S.”). The development of the project was stalled pending further court developments and/or actions by relevant governmental authorities. On 7 September 2018, the U.S. Federal Government (i.e. U.S. Department of Interior (“DOI”)) issued a decision concluding that the Tribe did not satisfy the conditions under the Indian Reorganisation Act that allow the Tribe to have the land in trust for an integrated gaming resort development. The Group is currently deliberating the appropriate course of action by working closely with the Tribe to review all options available for the Group’s investment in the promissory notes as well as its recoverability. This includes a legislation being introduced in the U.S. Congress which, if passed, will entail the DOI to reaffirm the land in trust for the benefit of the Tribe. The Group’s total investment (including accrued interest) in the promissory notes as at 30 June 2018 amounted to USD426.3 million (or the equivalent of approximately RM1.77 billion). GENM will make the necessary announcement on further material development of the above matter in due course. This announcement is dated 14 September 2018. 美国赌场投资受阻　云顶大马影响不大

（吉隆坡19日讯）针对云顶大马（GENM，4715，主板贸服股）在美国麻省建造First Light印地安赌场与酒店的投资受阻，分析员认为，若美国当地2项法案获得通过，该赌场计划仍有望实行；假如该项目最终告吹，对云顶大马的整体影响也不大。

马银行投行分析员表示，上週五，云顶大马发文告表示，美国內政部（DOI）表示，玛许比万帕诺亚格（Mashpee Wampanog Tribe，简称MW部落）在1934年《印地安再组织法案》）Indian Reorganization Act）下，不符合「第1种类」的条件，因此MW部落不允许在美国麻省唐顿（Taunton）建造First Light印地安赌场与酒店（FLRC）。

云顶大马曾透过买入MW部落发行的本票（promissory notes）对麻省唐顿赌场兼度假村发展项目进行投资，至今，该公司总投资额达4亿2630万美元（约17亿6520万令吉）。

法案已提呈美国会

不过，分析员指出，今年3月份，H.R.5244和S.2628法案已提呈给美国国会和参议院，假如上述两项法案通过，將可取代1934年《印地安再组织法案》，并允许美国內政部將MV部落的土地纳入信託和允许MV部落发展该度假村。

分析员续说，若法案顺利通过，MW部落可顺利建造First Light印地安赌场与酒店，并可偿还云顶大马借出的4亿2630万美元本票，否则的话，云顶大马或需对该笔投资进行註销，以及每年损失约2亿令吉的利息收入。

儘管如此，分析员认为，在最坏的情况下，云顶大马的按加总估值法（SOP）的估值仅减少4%，至每股5.45令吉。目前，马银行投行给予云顶大马5.70令吉的目標价，由于该股仍拥有超过10%的股价上涨潜能，因此该行维持其「买入」投资评级。【东方网财经】

作为这次的预算案的大输家，云顶大马（GENM,4715,主板贸服组）股价今早重挫，一度跌停板，大跌1令吉36仙或30%，报3令吉18仙。
中午休市时，云顶大马报3令吉65仙，跌89仙。
云顶（GENTING,3182,主板贸服组）股价同样下跌，中午休市时报6令吉93仙，跌27仙或3令吉75仙。


“贡献”不够？云顶预算案双重打击





财长林冠英上周五（11月2日）宣布，将把按年赌场执照费从1亿2000万令吉增至1亿5000万令吉，同时赌场税提高至总收入的35%。
这两项宣布，严重重挫云顶大马的股价。
