Malaysia cbank hikes rates

Friday, July 09, 2010             KUALA LUMPUR: Malaysia’s central bank raised its interest rate by 25 basis points on Thursday, its third hike in five months, and signalled rates would be on hold for now as it assesses the health of the global economic recovery. Economists interpreted Bank Negara’s statements and its outlook for moderate inflation in coming months as indicating it was pausing in its policy tightening campaign. They expect no further rate rises for the rest of the year.  The central bank raised the Overnight Policy Rate to 2.75 percent after its regular interest rate meeting, saying private consumption and investment had strengthened although there was an increased risk that the global growth could cool. “The MPC (Monetary Policy Committee) considers the new level of the OPR (Overnight Policy Rate) to be appropriate and consistent with the current assessment of the growth and inflation prospects,” the central bank said in a statement. A slim majority in a Reuters poll of 16 analysts had expected the central bank to raise the rate by 25 basis points (bps) as it normalises policy after sharply cutting borrowing costs to help the economy weather the global financial crisis. Economists had said the central bank would likely see 2.75 percent as a “normal” setting, though financial markets were not as sure about what the central bank would consider to be an acceptable level.

你的贷款配套是怎样的？？？我的好象是BLR-2%．．．以前是BLR+0.38%然后refinance变成BLR+0.15%．．．然后再refinance变成BLR-2%

我的是BLR-1.8%..
6.05%(BLR) - 1.8% x 100K = 4250
每一百千的貸款，每年要給 4250利息。。
