warrant 高手，如果 tenaga RM１０。００ tenaga－cf是什么价？或tenaga－cf.RM０。１０，tenaga是什么价？大家还记得TM带着她的孩子们乱飙的日子吧。都有超过１００％的return。 |

当TENAGA RM10.00的时候TENAGA－CF 的 合理价应该是RM0.095 |

Tenaga 花马币两块钱就买下了整间公司? 还抱麦几间子公司？有这样大的Kap La随街跳？
Tenaga Nasional Berhad("TNB" wishes to announce that on 19 December 2007, TNB acquired two(2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Orion Mission Sdn. Bhd.(incorporated on 30 July 2007) with a total consideration of RM2.00,representing 100% of its issued and paid up capital.
Subsequently, TNB through Orion Mission Sdn. Bhd. also holds 100%equity in Lahad Datu Holdings Sdn. Bhd. which in turn holds 100% equityin Lahad Datu Energy Sdn. Bhd.
Orion Mission Sdn. Bhd. and Lahad Datu Holdings Sdn. Bhd. are intendedto serve as investment holdings companies whilst Lahad Datu Energy Sdn.Bhd. is the special purpose vehicle company to undertake the 300MWcoal-fired IPP project in Lahad Datu, Sabah.
The said acquisition is not expected to have any material effect on theearnings and net assets of TNB Group for the financial year ending 31August 2008.
None of the Directors or Major Shareholders of TNB or persons connectedto the Directors or Major Shareholders of TNB have any interest, director indirect in the said acquisition.

这lahad batu公司的消息一定又是那沙巴首长(查查看yayasan sabah和orion mission的关系就清楚了)在搞手脚。 |

可能这两家公司都经营不当，TENAGA买了又可以吃KAP NA又可吸引投资者一举两得。 |
