| You can purchase the Mobicool Portable Refrigerator once you have 3 or more Service Providers approved in the Auto Bill Payment service. Please refer to the table below: |

| Each CardMember is entitled to purchase only one(1) unit if Mobicool when participating in this promotion |

| Q4. How will I know if my order for the Mobicool PortableRefrigerator is successful? |
| We shall process your order once you have ticked in the Mobicool Portable refrigerator chechbox (for both fax or mail) or confirm with our Customer Service. We will then arrange for your delivery only upon approval of all of the service Providers. You can check the status of your application by calling our Customer service at 03-2167 7600 after 30 days from the application submission date |

| You will be billed only upon delivery |

| Q6. When will I receive the Mobicool Prtable Refrigerator? |
| Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery of goods after we have obtained approval from all the Service Providers. Service providers will take an estimated 30 days to approve your application. |

| Q7. Can I pay for someone else's bills using Auto BILLPAY account? |
| Yes, but the bill will be debited to your MBF credit card account. |
