我车的问题:
1)前面车脚
檢查bushing可能就了塑膠硬化,或者檢查看有沒有那裏kuk了!
2)Long shaft(不知道spelling对不对)
檢查看有沒有kuk掉,coupling,或者多餘的freeplay,還有不balance
3)水箱很容易干堂
看黑油有沒有變牛奶水,如果沒有應該市漏水囉
4)前乘客位置,脚部漏水
5)车身被橦,油漆脱落
6)前后bumper被橦
4,5,6給makat lao弄啦!
7)车窗把手断了几个
spare part 店都可以買到
8)除了车手的车窗可以绞下,有几个 ... [/quote]

反正没事做,把那里的东西搬过来

well, just finish and test my car, overall is satisfactory, but still got a bit problem...
today i found that left side castor is different with right side, cause last night too rush to drill it, and causing wrong position. then i take out the left part once again, measure it in more accurate way, go to drill again. not two holes in once, but drill one, then measure again, drill other. luckily i manage to pull out the lower arm's bushings, because it is very tight, i have to use hammer to plug it in.
then with 10 degree toe out, i take it to alignment. the pomen dont use the machine this time, i also dont know why, he say cannot use, then he use a ruler to measure.... confused... quite long it takes him to finish it.
then just test oh.. everything is heavy and hard, steering heavy, suspension bouncy and all that.. i went to the "drift car park" and test, still got body roll? maybe rear spring not hard enough loh... then the flex cause by rear soft spring causing understeer when i push throttle, over when i release throttle.
then miracle happen...
the Tein HA, after few round of warm up, become very soft! not soft, but can absorb lot of shock from the road! even in hardest settings! just hav to be very slow when drive through bumps, it is still bouncy. overall, in highway, it give confidence to me. and in corner, needless to say.. but have to further prove it.
the only problem is the tie ends, and another minor problem is two lower arms' length may differ, causing different camber.
about the tie ends, i m thinking of whether can make S13 + 120Y, take half part of it, then join together? then there wont be so much free play, and can turn steering easier...
then the camber difference, i just adjust one of it, make it same.
i think it needs more time to "run in"
there the pics i took.
see the distance between fender and tyre? can you believe it can clear? ya, it wont hit the fender, i just roll it a bit.
see this side, got a big distance to clear the tyre! why? i dont know too, maybe lower arm different...
rear side, too high, havent found suitable spring yet..maybe need Waja sport spring!
adjustable...
very original and messy engine room.
the difference between to setup.. see the difference of disc brake and coilover. have to mention that the paint on the disc was scratched off by brake pad, and no negative effect at all.

改来改去的问题就是怕不耐。。。。
比如说有些没有的东西我们 WELD 上去。。
怕不久就会段掉 |
