1.INTRODUCTION
On behalf of the Board of Directors of FTEC (Board), MIMB Investment Bank
Berhad (MIMB) is pleased to announce that the Company proposes to implement a
bonus issue of 271,998,400 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in FTEC (FTEC
Shares) (Bonus Shares) credited as fully paid-up on the basis of eight (8)

date to be determined later (Entitlement Date) (Proposed Bonus Issue).

他们建议如下：
The Proposed Bonus Issue will be effected by way of capitalisation of:-
(i) RM11.959 million from the share premium account of the Company; and
(ii) the balance RM15.241 million from the retained earnings reserve of the Company.
The share premium account and retained earnings reserve of the Company based on the unaudited financial statements of FTEC for the nine (9)-month financial period ended 30 September 2007 and the audited financial statements of FTEC for the financial year ended 31 December 2006 are as follows:-
