Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(5) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Yinson wishes to announce that, subject to any requisite consents, the Board of Directors of the Company has approved the proposed internal reorganisation exercise (“Proposed Internal Reorganisation”) which will involve the reorganisation of selected subsidiaries and joint venture companies of Yinson with the main purpose to streamline and realign the business segmentation of Yinson group of companies (“Yinson Group”). The Proposed Internal Reorganisation will not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital and substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Yinson.
