PUC wishes to announce that Founder Pay Sdn Bhd (“FPSB”) and Revenue Monster Sdn Bhd (“RMSB”) (“Parties”) had on 23 November 2018 finalised and entered into a definitive agreement in relation to the leasing of payment terminals to RMSB from FPSB for RMSB’s merchant acquiring business (“Product Lease Agreement”) and it is the intent of the Parties that the MOU shall no longer subsist.
