（吉隆坡13日讯）奥林匹亚（Olympia，3018，主板贸服股）建议注销4836万股股票，配合收购Harta Sekata私人有限公司的计划。

这项股票注销建议，是要符合证监会对批准该公司收购Harta Sekata所提出的条件。

公司截至4月1日的缴足资本为7亿7148万4000令吉，或7亿7148万4000股。

根据奥林匹亚文告，在注销4836万令吉或4836万股后，缴足资本将降至7亿2312万4000令吉，或7亿2312万4000股。

Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(5) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Olympia wishes to announce that the Company had on 20 September 2013 disposed of its entire equity interest consisting of 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Global Administration Sdn Bhd (“GASB”) to Dairy Maid Resort & Recreation Sdn Bhd (“DMRR”) for a total cash consideration of RM2.00. GASB and DMRR are both wholly-owned subsidiaries of Olympia. GASB was incorporated on 7 July 2008 and its authorised and paid-up share capital are RM100,000/- and RM2/- respectively. The intended principal activity of GASB is provision of property management services . The re-organisation exercise has resulted in GASB being a direct subsidiary of DMRR and is not expected to have any material impact on the earnings and net assets of the Olympia Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2014. This announcement is dated 20 September 2013.
