Coenzyme Q10 这是什么?
take from wellness resource !!
Two very different digestion related studies—one based on experimentally induced ulcers and one based on children with food allergies—indicate that Q10 may be needed to help overcome the energy drain that digestive problems can cause. Your digestive tract is energy intense, requiring up to 1/3 of your daily energy supply to function normally. Q10 is vital in the process of how cells make energy. Thus, while the correlation between Q10 and digestive health is not typically made, it may be another tool to help overcome various nagging and energy-draining digestive problems. The first study is an animal study involving the use of drugs to produce ulceration. Pretreatment with Q101 resulted in less digestive tissue damage, less leaky gut, and less free radical damage to the digestive tract. Since these types of problems are common in humans with chronic digestive difficulties this study suggests that Q10 is a nutrient that can assist in the digestive improvement process. In another recent study children under the age of 102 with recurrent food intolerance and allergies were shown by muscle biopsy to have muscles lacking in Q10. Muscles and digestion require large amounts of Q10 to function healthfully. This study does not answer the chicken or egg question, but it really doesn’t matter. It can be assumed that a child with ongoing inability to digest food correctly may benefit from Q10 supplementation to help correct energetic problem. It’s also likely to benefits the child’s muscle function and fitness. I have noticed on many occasions that digestive problems in both young and old are associated with fatigue. I have used the analogy that ongoing digestive problems are like having a hole in the dike wherein energy (water) is just leaking out. I have noticed on many occasions that fixing digestive problems helps boost energy. Now energy is not being excessively spent trying to fix a digestive problem. These studies help provide the rationale for using energy-boosting nutrients like Q10 to help repair the GI tract. |
