G-dragon个人专辑主打歌被判定抄袭

　　搜狐新韩线讯 北京时间8月18日下午消息，据韩国媒体报道，BigBang队长G-dragon于18日推出的个人专辑主打歌《heartbreaker》被判定为抄袭了Flo Rida的《right round》。

　　18日，拥有《right round》50%版权的Warner/Chappell Music韩国分公司表示，在将G-dragon的《heartbreaker》和Flo Rida的《right round》进行对照后发现，G-dragon的《heartbreaker》在开始部分明显是盗用了《right round》的旋律。

　　Warner/Chappell Music韩国公司表示他们已经联系了在美国的《right round》作曲家，正在商讨如何解决这次抄袭事件。

　　《heartbreaker》作为G-dragon首张个人专辑主打歌，在8月11日公开30秒左右的片段时就被质疑抄袭了《right round》，不过当时YG公司和G-dragon都否认了抄袭，称完整版曲目公开后自然会洗脱抄袭嫌疑。

　　这次拥有《right round》的Warner/Chappell Music首次公开指责G-dragon抄袭，在众多韩国歌迷中引起了很大反响。有不少歌迷对G-dragon表示了失望，而还有一部分歌迷则是继续力挺 G-dragon，称不能只听一面之词就认定《heartbreaker》是抄袭的。目前YG公司和G-dragon都还没有正式回应 Warner/Chappell Music公司的抄袭指责。安孝恩/文 版权所有Mydaily禁止转载

我很怕自己说出来没有人懂我说的是什么歌~~
希望她们的专辑可以听到
旋律挺不错的~~
大概等放假后，G龙的宣传完了。。。就是她们专辑的发行吧？！


队长的专辑我喜欢gossip man和少年多点
少年的背景音乐很舒服。。当初听到30秒就觉得自己会喜欢
gossip man不用讲。。feat的那个人的声音和龙的很match下。。看了歌词就觉得很吊。。
hello听久廖。。觉得DARA的音域还蛮狭窄的
shes gone有点摇滚酱。。他好像很喜欢尝试摇滚曲风
butterfly其实我的评价很一般。。
抄袭不抄袭
。。。其实还有其他9首歌可以听
i mean很多歌迷因为自己喜欢的偶像被批评，不管大事小事就哭北哭母酱
所以到最后他们是喜欢偶像还是喜欢偶像的作品？

The copyright owner to Flo Rida’s ‘Right Round’ has came out to confirmed that Big Bang GDragon’s solo debut song ‘HeartBreaker’ has committed plagiarism to the former.

Warner Korea, which is the publishing company to ‘Right Round’ in Korea, came out to say on 18th August, “The song ‘Heartbreaker’ which was revealed in full today has been confirmed to have plagiarised ‘Right Round’. And the composer of ‘Right Round’ in America is in the dilemma of what to do and how to deal this case.”

It has been known that from the American side, they have already did an investigation of the whole song of ‘Heartbreaker’.

Warner Korea said, “The headquarters of Warner in Korea has already proposed the problem. But it is in the composer’s decision whether to give up on fighting for copyrights or to demand for a legal lawsuit.”
While earlier, a report came in that… (just to give more depth to understanding the situation)

The company in Korea which holds 50% to the copyrights to ‘Right Round’ with Warner said in an interview on 18th August, “If we look at the song as a whole, we do not think that ‘Heartbreaker’ plagiarised that of ‘Right Round’.”

The person in charge said, “We do not know if there is a part to the rap which sounds similar, and the climax and highlight to the song is different also. Also the melody to the both songs are different.”

“With this reason, we cannot say that the song plagiarised that of ‘Heartbreaker’. There is so many cases of artistes getting inspiration from one another lately, If we are going to rule the song plagiarism just because it has some parts which feels the same, then many artistes and producers will fall into serious censorship.”

The person continued, “Whether the song has committed plagiarism the final decision lies in the original composer. Before they confirm that, we cannot rule the song as plagiarism.”

It has been known that there are about 10 people who are in charge of the original composing and lyrics to ‘Right Round’. This will include the person who came out with idea of the rap, the person who wrote the rap, the different people who made the special melodies.

Big Bang’s Japan Tour Concert was postponed due to Daesung’s injury sustained during a traffic accident. Below is the translation of a Korean post by big bang official fanclub vip japan :-

*Was planning on doing the Japan tour from the middle of October over to November.
*Japan tour concert delayed to early next year.
*When they said 4 weeks for full recovery was going to go with the plans.
*With more detailed examinations found more injuries so needs 8 weeks of rest for full recovery.
*Daesung recovering from all his injuries is the number one priority.
*If we go on with the concert plan could interfere with recovering which could also disturb any activities he does later on.

EMI publishing, which holds 2.5% of the copyright ownership of Flo Rida’s ‘Right Round’ distribution in Korea speaks up about the plagiarism accusations to GDragon’s solo debut ‘Heartbreaker’.

An EMI representative said over a phone interview on 18th August, “In Korea, the issue of plagiarism in Korea has never been conclusive. But it is really jumping to conclusion to say that this is plagiarism.”

“We understand that the problem here is that the introduction to ‘Heartbreaker’ sounds similar to a portion of ‘Right Round’. Isn’t a shame that the whole issue is judging on a rap rather than the meldoy. Especially since the original composer to ‘Right Round’ includes more than 10 people, things will get complicated.”


The EMI rep also said, “We felt that this is very much driven by public’s opinion. It’s a shame. Even though it is right to express a view, in Korea it is not about arguing between right and wrong. We should wait for the judgement of the composers in America first.”

话说，今天阿瓜动手术~~

DaeSung, who got into a sudden car accident previously on 11th August, will be undergoing an operation while being hospitalised on 19th August.

YG Entertainment said, “DaeSung will go for the operation today on 19th August. After given anesthesia, the parts of his nose and eyes which are injured will be operated together. We do not know how many hours the operation will take.”

DaeSung has fractured his nasal bone, nose bridge and also the bone encompassing the eye during the car accident, it was known that he requires about 8 weeks of recuperation and treatment.

With that, he has also withdrawn from the musical ‘Shouting’ he has been practising for. And Big Bang’s Japanese tour starting in October will also have to be postponed to next year.

The operation was a success as we speak.

According to sources at the hospital, Daesung was wheeled into the operation room at 11.30am and placed under general anesthesia. The operation on his fractured bones around the eye and nose area lasted for about four hours, ending at around 3.30pm. YG Entertainment said on the 19th, "Daesung's operation was a success and we will be focusing on his recovery now." His projected recuperation time is set at 8 weeks although that could be shortened depending on Daesung's condition. No operation will be done on Daesung's spinal chord which will be treated normally. But in any case, YG Entertainment will not rush Daesung back to work until he's near 100%.

Daesung's injuries have already seen changes made to his schedule. Daesung dropped out of his musical, Shouting which started on 12th August. He will also miss the recording of Family Outing between 24 - 25th August. In addition, Big Bang's Japan concert tour has been moved to early 2010 to accomodate Daesung's recovery.

All in all, we wish Daesung a speedy recovery.
