丰益贡献少‧PPB次季净利挫48%

（吉隆坡29日讯）新加坡丰益国际贡献少、谷物和农产品业务疲弱，促使PPB集团（PPB,4065,主板消费产品服务组）截至2019年6月30日第二季净利挫47.46%至1亿5997万6000令吉，拖累首半年净利跌17.32%至4亿零842万4000令吉。
不过，谷农物销售增加和电影收入扬升带动，次季营业额增6.5%至11亿5283万5000令吉，首半年扬3.66%至23亿零922万1000令吉。
派息8仙
PPB集团每股派息8仙，9月13日除权、17日享有。
该集团文告指出，面粉价格改善使谷农物部营收增11%至8亿零900万令吉，惟基于高原料价使盈利跌至2500万令吉。首半年营收增6%至16.3亿，惟动物饲料表现欠佳，盈利跌14%至8500万令吉。
电影次季盈利改善45%至2100万令吉，首半年盈利从2900万增至3900万令吉；其余如消费品和环境工程盈利皆走疲。
产业方面受脱售土地和建筑而一次过获益500万令吉，使次季盈利从600万增至800万，首半年从600万提高至11万令吉。
基于商场营运低贡献，若扣除上述贡献，次季产业盈利走低40%至300万令吉，累积盈利减33.3%至600万令吉。
展望未来，若商品与外汇不波动，预期谷物与农业可保韧力，预期全年各业务可捎来令人满意业绩。

PPB未洽购大马糖厂·未来注重谷农物部电影业务

（吉隆坡4日讯）PPB集团（PPB,4065,主板消费产品服务组）证实并未与FGV控股（FGV,5222,主板种植组）接洽商讨购买大马糖厂（MSM,5202,主板消费产品服务组）的股权。
FGV控股7月宣布为子公司大马糖厂寻求策略伙伴，并进行初步接触后，市场传出首富郭鹤年有意收购大马糖厂。
PPB集团为郭鹤年名下公司之一。
根据7月的消息透露，FGV控股有意脱售所持有的51%大马糖厂部份股权，并接触了包括国际投资者在内的有兴趣机构，其中有前大马第二财长拿督斯里阿都干尼家族的JAG资本，以及郭鹤年旗下名下新加坡上市公司丰益国际（Wilmar）；PPB集团持有丰益国际的18.5%股权。另两家不知名的印尼和中国公司也在名单内。
未与FGV控股进行商谈
PPB集团董事经理林顺发在2019上半年业绩汇报会上指出：“FGV控股表示有意寻找战略性投资者或伙伴，但我可以确定的是，PPB集团并没有与FGV控股进行商谈。”
对此他不愿意多谈，他表示，最合适的方式，是向FGV控股确认洽谈对象。
据了解，FGV控股是在2010年以12亿2000万令吉现金，向郭鹤年旗下PPB集团收购所持的大马糖厂股权。
林顺发指出，该公司接下来将着重于谷农物部和电影业务。
根据资料显示，该公司未来3至4年拨出的7亿9400万令吉资本支出中，其中谷农物部和电影就分别占了3亿9500万令吉和3亿7900万令吉，剩余为消费品、环境工程、产业及其他。
谷农物部的资本将用于投资中国面粉厂、越南面粉厂、仓库建设及英达岛的小麦箱建设及升级预过滤线，而电影部份主要将用作建设10家新电影院当中包括1家位于柬埔寨，以及进行现有影院的升级。
资料显示，越南面粉厂预计可在2020年末季完成建设。
该公司企业事务主管兼嘉通院线（GSC）首席执行员高美莉指出，目前他们在越南有16家影院，而未来每年将增加3至4家。
进军柬埔寨脚步延迟
“海外的赚幅确实较高，就比如越南和本地相比，本地有较高的娱乐税，是越南里没有的。”
对于柬埔寨市场，高美莉认为，与越南一样是成长型市场。
不过，她指出，由于百盛离开导致商场方面需要重新划分出租面积和整修，预计2020下半年才开启，导致他们进军柬埔寨的脚步延迟，而他们正与对方进行协商。
她指出，他们扩展的目标是中南半岛区，接下来也看好缅甸市场，但现在讨论还为时过早。
市场疲软
扩充地库好时机
另一方面，对于产业部，林顺发认为，如今市场疲软正是扩充地库的好时机，因为他们有更加多选择性。
该公司产业部首席执行员骆荣辉指出，基于市场不景，他们两年内将专注于现有项目，不计划推出任何新项目。
蕉赖利双广场出租率料增
而当中的零售业务，骆荣辉表示，蕉赖利双广场（Cheras Leisure Mall）预计明年出租率可从86%提高至96%。
但他补充，该商场的租户要求减租20至60%，而蕉赖广场（Cheras Plaza）也出现相同情况。
“我们正在与租户协商，看可不可以改成减少租赁面积之类的。”
骆荣辉指出，不过店面面积缩小需要另一笔装修成本，导致部份租户有离开的意愿，但他们还在协商其他方案。
骆荣辉表示，目前蕉赖广场的两大租户为大同皇城酒家和Neway卡拉OK,一旦大同不续约，该商场出租率将跌至约60%。
而环境工程部份，建国集团董事经理梁耀荣指出，目前该公司竞标项目为2亿令吉，订单有6亿7600万令吉。
梁耀荣表示，除了水务项目，该公司接下来也会探索基建和物流项目的可能。
