The Board of Directors of QL Resources Berhad ("QL" wishes to announce that Bukit Wang Sdn. Bhd., ("BW" a wholly owned subsidiary of QL had on 28 August 2006 entered into Sale and Purchase Agreements ("SPAs" with POIC Sabah Sdn. Bhd. (Company No.677686-U) ("the vendor" with its registered address at Level 1, Sabah Trade Centre, Jalan Istiadat, Teluk Likas, 88400 Kota Kinabalu, Sabah for the acquisition of 2 lots of land held under Lot 13 and 13A, District of Lahad Datu, Sabah (hereinafter referred to as "the Said Lots" measuring approximately 435,600 square feet each for a cash consideration of RM5,227,200.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Five Million Two Hundred Twenty Seven Thousand and Two Hundred) per lot only ("the purchase price" upon the terms and conditions contained therein.

补充一点,今年QL的TOTAL LIABILITY 是NET PROFIT 的 5 倍.
也就是说5年保持这样的营利就可以还没所有的债. |

会继续举债吗? 你的假设是建立在它不会再举债。
赚钱一样,继续增加债务,肯定是不健全的投资。 |

我想提醒一下,如果每年有固定股息的公司,而且股息率不错的,会为我们的资产投资带来另外一个安全因素。
即使市场在2-3年没有纠正这支股的价格,投资者都可以从这项投资获得股利。这会比没有派息的更好。
所以,现金流的表不可以忽视。
这是我的个人意见。 |

许多手套的支持者,不能接受手套的价值不那么高,主要原因在,他们不愿意正视现金流入的问题。 |

short term borrowing 是因为banker's acceptance。也就是说ql有import???ql import什么,这些要问清楚,到底ql拿banker's acceptance来做什么??
顺便要问06年投资palmoil1000万为什么没有投资回报的?? |
