comfirm。。。只是不知道何時動工。。。官方消息是說會有三間。。。北馬檳城一間。。。中馬PJ一間。。。南馬JB一間。。。JB的是在tebrau city。。。+。。。

人家泰国人赚钱不多，东西也便宜。新加坡人赚多，东西也便宜。

我国是人民赚少，东西超级贵。。。。

對我來說。。。車子可以普通。。。一輛myvi我就很開心了。。。房子就不能隨便。。。一定要好好的品味設計裝修一番。。。最少也要像IKEA里面的示范屋那樣有創意品味。。。但卻不一定會很貴。。。我很喜歡住condo。。。因為喜歡從高高望出去很遼闊風景的感覺。。。+。。。
來啦。。。新加坡只要年齡不老。。。有spm。。。薪水就可以和本地fresh grad白領比了。。。+。。。

condo我喜欢买来投资。。。。看看我的condo6年后能不能净赚100k。。。

我对内部装修没有什么要求的。我要屋子大就可以了

     講Hunza的condo來說Paragon我比較不喜歡，看不到沙灘，但是里面還OK!啦，里面的homeAutomation不錯！用US product的
    但是我比較喜歡Infinity超美的，～陽光。沙灘。美美，Penhouse每一間都有自己的游泳池
   
里面照片我有拍一兩張，但是還沒OC我不敢poat 上來，我怕被告
