我是做会计的，打算自己出来做，可是一个人是难成大事，我打算找多一位会计伙伴，然后一起出来自己开Accounting firm...

software 已经全部有了，只是要找一位肯拼的会计伙伴一起做。。。需要有自己的Transport...

有意思就PM 我。。。

刚毕业，有间audit firm offer 我 account assistant，
我本来想进audit的，可是他说如果在account department 也可以学很多东西，
接触到不同 industry 的 account (outsource的那种），而且可以很detail的学GST，把basic打好，是这样吗?

我本来是想去audit几年，然后再出来commercial line。
如果我进account，出来commercial line可以的吗?
怕又被说experience not related....

人生的十字路口，怕走错.....

你老闆騙你的啦。

對沒錯，你可以接觸到不同 Industries 的 account.
但 account 就只是 account，不外乎 data entry, 然後 generate financial statements.

Audit 可以學的比較多是因為他們看 Financial Statement 看得更深入一些。
也是不同 industries 的 statements 啊。

我是建議你如果真的要 explosure 的話，就去 Audit 混個幾年先吧。
畢竟有 External Audit 經驗的人還是比較吃香的。

我觉得IA 很重要for 大公司，也许很多Account Manager都做IA的其中一部分的东西，只是Title也是Finance Man ...

有时候IA raise的问题其实我们也知道，不过问题一直存在而还没找到解决方法。。。然后IA给的suggestion都是很standard&general，我们解释他们又不接受
于是在board meeting IA代表报告finding, 然后我们finance team又中枪了

所以我一直都觉得IA不一定比EA更厉害，又或者EA会比IA懂得更加多
反正工作范围和准则都不一样，不能横向比较，都是各有所需而已

你说得对，EA和 IA 各有所处....EA 比较注重Financial Reporting的影响，EA的经验也比较多（接触很多公司，知道不同公司的解决方法）可以Apply在不一样地方。

不过EA每次来Audit的时间是Limited的，很多时候公司的Staff都尽量不透露比较PnC的东西，所以EA每次都查不到东西，只是问问而已，然后Staff就轻轻带过。

IA 就是太得空，得空就挖挖那些 N年的东西又不解决，然后EA又没有发现到的东西，IA 就只能去Board Meeting吵，就是希望Management注重回 N 年还不解决的问题, 然后就由Top Management狠狠的做出决定（改革），就是说IA 都做些别人不做的东西，别人不想做的东西，别人懂的问题又不解决的东西。。。。

IA是不是很讨人厌....所以咯....Haiz ...还是辛苦的...没朋友的...

你是在大公司作IA又不同讲

我的公司是outsource的，他们来最多也只是多EA一两个星期而已，看的东西也不会很深入
最多只是给些建议而已

我在这里近一年多了大致问题都了解，但要真正去解决就不能我去做而是需要team来帮忙了

当然年轻人还是去做EA或IA比较好至少exposure比较好可以跑来跑去运气好的话会派出国，以后跳槽也容易

我想问问一些问题：

1）如果从中国订回来的货只有收货单(Delivery Order), 卖家又不出Invoice给我们，那么我们还能根据订货单所写的价钱进Purchase Account吗? (我听说如果被IRB 官员查到DO，他们会不接受然后整个DO amount抽掉，变成我们的Gross Profit会增加，有这回事吗？？）

2） 请问GST not claimable 的Account 会出现在哪里？是属于Expenses吗？可以放在Expenses的Category扣掉吗？？

如果一个company去年就已经没有business operation了。Debtor和creditor的债已经还清。Director也没欠公司钱。卖了fixed asset的profit 如果director 要拿，要怎样出？可以出director fee 吗？

你刚毕业算是Fresh grad, 你的职位就是Audit Assitant 咯。我2012毕业，也有和你同样的文聘。 那是一进工，才RM1900.
现在应该有2000+了吧。
多数没有看你考了几张Paper, 除非你已考完ACCA Paper 咯.

1. big4 -> RM3,000 左右的 audit associate2. mid-tier -> RM2,500 左右的 audit associate
3. 小firm -> RM1,500 ~ RM2,500 吧...

1）先照进Purchase Account，不过Credit去Goods received but no DO Account，等收到正式invoice了才转去Creditor Account

2）你说的是Blocked input tax对吧？是的它是属于expenses

我公司是和人家share的..
可是问题公司的户口是我另外一个股东负责的

问题是 :

私人户口可以和公司户口share一个id用的咩?
我们有问她 为什么不是私人分私人 公司分公司的?
她告诉我们的答案是银行给她的 不是她要求的

我想问下如果去银行要求把公司户口从私人那个id移出来可以得嘛??
